"Mr. Trump, it seems like urine a lot of trouble."
I can't help but think if Trump was a Democrat (which I have to really suspend belief on that one), would he still be in office?

Just replace Trump with Obama. Easy. I'm sure the Evangelical Southern base that helped get Trump elected would be ignoring it. Certain of it.

Trump is more of a Democrat than he is a Republican. At least he has been. I am glad he is still in office. He was elected and hasn't committed a crime. Sure he's a boob but so what.

This is my biggest issue with Trump as President. It's not that I don't believe we should do something with Syria, it's that I believe he'll create a war to distract from his issues. Because he has no moral compass and the loss of lives is similar to not paying contractors in his mind.

That was a good speech by Trump.
It would've been better if he wasn't a goof but still good.

Too many d's. Yeah, I'm able to separate the message from the messenger. He's not wrong. But words are words.

It was a well written speech.
Imagine how good it could've been if not delivered by a functioning dimwit.

Speeps is a little too Trumpy lately. Speeps operates with an occasionally manipulated brain. As opposed to many. I try to go out of my way to listen to opposing voices. Not because I'm insecure or can't make a decision. I want to make an informed decision. If Speeps says everything Trump does is shit, I'd question how valid the info could be. At the same time, I can't trust anything the guy does because he represents all of the worst in people I know in my daily life. Trump, not Speeps. So when he makes a decision I agree with, I wonder what the motives could be.

If James Comey was really Mr. Ethics who's above it all, wouldn't he wait on his book?

White House Correspondents Dinner.
That's cute.
Real leaders don't worry about making nice with the ink-stained wretches. They cultivate peace between bitter enemies.

Trying to pin down the exact moment when Peeps was put on the White House pay roll, haha
Michelle Wolf's voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me, but her jokes at Sarah Sanders made me happy. Also the KellyAnne Conway joke about wanting her to get stuck under a tree, then cutting to Conway's expressionless stare was wonderfully uncomfortable. The rest of her time she had some really funny jokes, some ok ones and some awful swings & misses. I loved when the camera cut to Republicans and they were smirking, then realized the camera was on them and they quickly went stone face.
People get really pissy about this, but 1/2 the President's tweets are taking shots at people (the other 1/2 is complimenting himself)

I agree, the level has changed. Our President does the correspondence dinner daily in his tweets. I'm also a fan of the Attitude Era. But I'm getting tired of this shit. I love Jimmy Kimmel, but he's taking nightly shots at the First Lady. Michelle Wolf is a really angry girl taking it out on, well, other angry girls. But the appearance stuff especially needs to go. Everything the non-Trump side has right now is they're not Trump. They're lowering themselves to that level. There's no action plan. There's no progress. Worst of all, they aren't even funny now. :-)
I've really been getting annoyed by everyone the last couple months. I mean, more than usual. We need to get better. I love the correspondence roast and I don't know how the rest went. But that was #Sad.

Take away the dopey tweets and this presidency looks surprisingly normal.
That is a huge disappointment to MANY on the Left and they now are simply lashing out.
Unless the economy tanks or WWIII starts, prepare yourself for a second Trump term.

Unless the economy tanks or WWIII starts, prepare yourself for a second Trump term. The economy is going to tank and it will probably be hard. When that happens, we determine if it's Trump or the cyclical nature of an economy. Even if it isn't Trump, the backlash of the economy combined with everything else will probably put someone even worse in charge.
