Kept going after the Mean Gene special and they're showing the Rusev Spotlight. Dusty got the idea for Lana and Rusev from Game of Thrones. Daenerys and the dragons. Mind blown.

I'm watching Legends House essentially for the first time in honor of Mean Gene. They should do a second season. Ashley was the hottest Pussycat Doll too.

5 Days afte bitching about it on here, episodes from WWF Superstars in 1992 will be on the Network next week!! From mid April to the beginning of December 92!!
Fuck. Yes. I'm so ready for some sloppy ass squash matches and pretty awful gimmicks that made me a full board wrestling fan!

They were can't miss on Sundays mornings for me as a kid.

Yeah late 80s eps are good too but I got my fix of those since the Prime Time episodes only go up to mid 89.
This is finally an early 90s show with nothing but squashes. So this means we get the debuts of Yokozuna, Razor Ramon, Nailz, Max Moon, Kampala returns, Damien Demento. Also this was when Shango made Warrior puke.
I think aside from a handful of matches like Bret vs Virgil, Bulldog vs Repo Man, Slaughter vs Flair and Tatanka vs Mountie, there's legit nothing but squash matches here.
Can't wait for Mean Gene's Update and Sean Mooney's Event Center to fill that nostalgia void

I might actually watch those Superstars shows. My VHS tapes are useless without a VCR.
Prime Time shows on the WWE On Demand service put me to sleep during some rough times. "Why the fuck am I having dreams about Gorilla Monsoon?"

Variety reported that Endeavor Streaming will now help to deliver the WWE Network platform, effective immediately, as the previous deal expired in 2018.
Vince McMahon was quoted in the story, "Endeavor Streaming's best-in-class technology enables us to offer more features, elevate the user experience and provides us even more opportunity to delight our fans around the world."
Per Variety, the company already manages another Endeavor property's steaming service, the UFC.
One could speculate on Endeavor's ability to secure this deal: Ari Emanuel, Endeavor's CEO, had planned to negotiate the WWE's deal with FOX until FOX asked for other representation due to conflict's with Endeavor's ownership of the UFC, as reported by Bloody Elbow.
Will Staeger, the President Business Operations of Endeavor Streaming, worked for the WWE as Executive Vice President of Production.
Mr. Staeger oversaw production for the initial launch of the network as one of his duties, per his LinkedIn profile. He "established all original production and oversaw development of new programming concepts." He left the company shortly after the network launched to join the Endeavor umbrella.

E&C show this week had a Game of Thrones parody called Game of Jabrones. It was hilarious. Watch it.
Also during a therapy session, Edge tries to sneak a photo of Randy Orton and Orton grabs Edge's man purse and went to the bathroom to take a shit in it.
Classic Randall!

Decided to pop on the Worlds Collide tournament. It's not what you'd expect, very let down by this. Spoilers I guess, but you don't get to see well over half of these matches, which is annoying as shit.
We only get to see a battle royal to determine seeds, 1 match from the opening round, 1 match from the quarters, both semis and the finals. That's it?!?!?!?
Matches you DONT get to see... Drew Gulak vs Mark Andrews Velveteen Dream vs Tony Nese Adam Cole vs Shane Thorne Dijak vs TJP Tyler Bate vs Cedric Alexander Velveteen Dream vs Humberto Carrillo Tyler Bate vs Dijak ADAM COLE VS KEITH LEE!!
Matches you do see (spoilers) Battle Royal Humberto Carrillo vs Zack Gibson Jordan Devlin vs Drew Gulak Adam Cole vs Tyler Bate Velveteen Dream vs Jordan Devlin Velveteen Dream vs Tyler Bate
The matches you actually get to see were very good and fun. But for fuck sake, ITS YOUR OWN NETWORK!! Why bother plugging a 15 man tournament when you only show matches in full from 6 guys?

I watched on YouTube.
So. Many. Spots.
Which I'm totally fine with, you don't want rest holds that build a story slowly. You have an audience for a certain amount of time, you get your shit in. This wasn't about storylines, it was just about the match.
I really liked it. That finish was great and the triple superkick from the heels to Ricochet was awesome too.

It was way better than the NFL game itself. Very entertaining. It was cool seeing the other NXT guys and girls popping in the crowd.

It was an awesome spotfest. My son and I have been watching a lot more NXT/NXT U.K./205 Live lately. I love the atmosphere of these shows. It's proof that on the main roster, WWE could put on the type of wrestling that the majority of fans want to see, but they're clearly not interested.

It's weird that it's the same company considering how different the product is. It feels like an alternative but it's not. It's not a chore to watch unlike RAW and SD

They just put up in the Hidden Gems section Razor Ramon's actual debut match in the WWF. Not the squash match on Superstars, but a dark match against Tito Santana. Razor's rocking tights and it's a 12 minute match.
If you like random dark matches on the Network, check it out. The match is slow, but it's different seeing Scott Hall in purple tights.

Holy shit they have Konnan's one match as Max Moon (or The Comet Kid) on here too.
Fink calls him "Relentico" or something like that (Relampago is what he meant, which means Flash of Lightning) Despite being in Max Moon gear. Even though early gear was a motorcycle helmet and matching football shoulder pads, haha.
Search Hidden Gems, years, 1992.

I've completely fallen into this Hidden Gems thing.
Currently watching the Festival de Lucha pilot from WCW in 99.
Konnan, Rey Mysterio, Silver King & Hector Garza vs Chris Jericho, Lenny Lane, Norman Smiley & Johnny Swinger (with Fit Finlay in their corner)
So damn random, but it's a pretty damn fun match

I also watched the AWA Challenge Series pilot they did with CGI crappy graphics for entrances, very odd zoomed in camera shots of Greg Gagne and some other guy doing commentary. Also they had Foxy Boxing with girls with shoddy tit jobs fake boxing.
No wonder why the AWA folded soon after. It was awful. At least I saw The Destruction Crew beat Jerry Lynn and some other guy in a squash.
There's some weird ass shit in Hidden Gems.

I though we had an NXT thread, but didn't see it.
Anyhoo...That Bugenhagen is Mojo 2.0. He may get the NXT crowd to pop, but that gimmick will do nothing on the main roster.

Season (maybe series) finale of Edge & Christian Show was super freaky. They drank the juice from Vince's grapefruits (yup) and proceeded to essentially trip balls (for lack of a better term).

Michael Winslow was great with those themes. I knew all of them except the TJP one. I even played it back after and it sounded nothing like it. Christian got screwed!

WWE Confidential will be added to the Network on Monday.
While Prime Times from 90-92 are what I want most. I'm just happy they're adding shows like this, ones that might be completely forgotten by some.
