I get a feeling that WTAM is a lot like WTMJ. Weeknights used to be all sports. Not sure about these days. www.wtam.com/main.html

Never heard of 1100. I would be able to get the Score whenever I'd drive down to Bloomington, IN or near Ohio border. Then I'd switch to music until 1250 got into range. Can you use TuneIn? I have the tape cassette thingy where I listen to WSSP and Game in my car through my phone IDK what tune in is. I have a thing for my old ipod that will send out a radio signal and it works on and off as the thing is kind of old and no longer of good quality.

Didn't know it was so Republicany though. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WTAMIt's also a 50,000 watt blowtorch just like the Score.

Oh WTAM broadcasts Indians games. That's 1100? Didn't know that. I've been using MLB radio app to listen to their games.
TuneIn is radio app you can listen to any radio station in the world. iPhones, android, windows any phone type that has apps has tunein. I listen to the game and the score at work through tunein website. The Score website player was such garbage with video pop ups. Tunein just gives you audio

Oh, this is special. The first Spiegel and Mannelly show, and they are going strong at Briggs for taking a day off. Mannelly is going strong, which is awesome. But he's talking about not taking days off, and commitment to the team. This is hilarious.

This has not been terrible.

I listened until Paxson was on......because there was absolutely nothing else to listen to. Mannelly was a decent listen though he reminded me of a producer on the air....but one with famous friends and NFL game experience. As far as grimace......he was on his best behavior and was in a good mood but the only place he is driving a show is off the cliff. Mannelly should have started the Mike Brown interview by punching grimace in the dick for the "we jar" crap. He even tried to call out Brown for saying "we"....you don't say that shit to former players. Doug and OB would rip out his spine from both directions if he said that to them.
It really seemed like Mannelly is the new kid at the school and grimace is the weirdo loner who somehow met him first and is now going to show him the ropes. All the cool kids are going to like Mannelly as they get to know him and grimace is going to get left behind in time. I was trying to think of who Patrick can actually work well with I think a Mannelly and Mully combo would be good for at least the bears season. This current show is going to get weird once he gets comfortable because you can just sense in his response to things that he is being nice but thinks grimace says and does some weird shit.

Here is another thing grimace did....why the hell are you asking your guests about facts? Don't ask Donovan McNabb if Terrell Pryor gut cut this weekend....know that shit on your own. That is fucking lazy. Its a little thing but its extremely lazy show prep.

No matter who was ready or who wasn't, and no matter how I feel about those ready or not, it's gotta be a kick in the sack to the likes of Matty, Rozner, Rosie, Laurence, and even Goff, that some fucking long snapper calls it a day from the Bears and immediately gets thrust into one of the coveted 6 daypart spots.
C.M. Punk would be pissed.

Its the other half of the show that is has destroyed the entire show/timeslot. If they would have had the balls and checkbook to shitcan him they could have reworked everything for the better. Put any of those 6 with grimace and the show still blows.

Fine. Though I think that Matty is far from funny and far from ready, him and Goff would've gave middays a run for it's money.

As much crap as Kaplan can get for being a jock sniffer and Cubs apologist I got to give him credit for hustling. He somehow survives doing a radio with Haugh everyday then does Sports Talk dealio on CSN and then Cubs pre/post.
Bitchtits does one concert and he's out of commission for a 4 hour show he doesn't even prep for. Now, I think some of it is a precaution since he's had voice issues but then don't schedule a show on a weekday!!!!! Sheesh.

He may be kind of a douche but he loves what he is doing and he gets after it. I don't want to listen to some dead ass that doesn't give a shit if he is there or not.

Totally off their rockers there. He is horrible. I gave it 5 minutes. I don't know why I kept giving them a chance this week. But each day after 5 minutes I go *click*
He thinks he's the smartest guy ever. It's terrible. Yesterday he said he came into work hungover in the 1st two minutes. WTF. Don't tell anyone that dumbass. Way to take your job seriously. He must've polished off a 750ml of scotch as he has a shipping container worth of blood to get that drunk.
It's gotten way worse. Mac kept him in check but now he's gone full diva. He doesn't even hide the princess anymore.

I heard it tuesday and the new cohost was fine but grimace was still grimace. I can't imagine how bad that studio smelled with him being hungover. Thats also a shitty thing to do to your cohost on day 3 of his radio career.
I have heard plenty of different shows over the years and always give something a chance when I am in town and just do not get how anyone can defend or even like this cat. take note of how the one guy who has met him talks about him these days compared to a few years ago.

I wouldn't be surprised if he has a drinking problem. No doubt about it.
He told a story when he was in AZ about how he drank so much at the resort he had the cart guy take him back to his hotel room. He mentioned an app a few weeks ago where you get alcohol delivered to his apartment. He gave his kid a sip of beer at the Cubs game he went to in spring. Yesterday mentioning he was hungover on week 1 of his new show. Got a ton of free booze from a liquor distiller after mentioning them on air frequently.
This all just from Spring Training. The lifestyle definitely encourages as you need to park your ass down and watch sports. Then the next day you show up for 4 hours plus maybe an hour early to berate producers and interns during the pre-show meeting.

Les is terrible. EVERY DAMN PHONE CALL turns into an event that's 20 years or older.
Caller: Les, I hear that Ray Allen may go to the Bulls or Cavaliers. Les: But did you know that he's an original 1st round pick of the Bucks?
Yes, fuckface. We do know that. But we're talking about this year - 2014 to be exact.
