To be healthier without being extremely healthy.

All of those potions will give you a kick start....but....you have to do the simple things most everyday to truly be healthy.
Drink a shit ton of water. Do 60-90 minutes of exercise or high level activity per day. East well 5 days per week.
There is plenty of room for calvert in that schedule and there is plenty of room for questionable food as well.

Ok well I pretty much suck at all three of those things. But here's what I've started and/or incorporated more of lately: Bananas Melons (Honey Dew, Cantaloupe, Watermelon) Yoplait Strawberries Oats cereal (like the Pig Wig brand of Cheerios) Lettuce Olives Broccoli Cauliflower Corn Cucumber Carrots

That is an excellent start. I hate eating most of that stuff and THAT is why I put it all in a blender....plus its supposed to be better for you raw instead of prepared.

The best part about that list is that the first time you eat anything off of it you have eaten more of it than Hawg in his entire life.

What if you just drink a lot of stuff that has water in it? Like coffee, Powerade and lemonade? I do drink a ton of water when it's hot out.

Coffee is anti water. it will dehydrate you just like calvert. Powerade might be ok. Lemonade is sugar water. Just get a water bottle....cut up a lemon and drop it in there with the water. No shortcuts. Just drink the damn water.

No shortcuts. Just drink the damn water. All of this right here. Except no Powerade. Lemon and water is one of the greatest combos ever. It allows for the later destruction if necessary.

Ok, I have more questions.
How healthy are the canned fruits? You know like sliced pears, peaches, pineapple slices and fruit cocktail. I would rather eat those in particular from the can rather than from produce.

I'm the number two health nut. I'll defer to Kesha. However, anything processed won't be as good as fresh. But it's still better than the other shit we shovel down.

You'd have to look at the label. Preservatives are usually not the greatest things in the world. Cocktail....FRUIT is sugar water with some fruit pieces in it. Unless the squirrel master has your back I would strongly suggest allowing Nasty Nate to eat all of it.
Some produce sections will have some fresh stuff cut up already. It may cost a little more but its worth it and with the money you are saving by buying Calvert instead of the 5,000 more expensive alternatives I think you can make it work.

Here's one: is it better to have a baked potato with butter and sour cream, or would it be better not to even have it at all at that point?

No. They wouldn't even make the Calvert version of Vodka with those things during the great russian depression.

I am happy to report however that tomorrow I will be using my Piggly Wiggly coupon to get a 24 pk of water for $1.49. And Powerade is only 69 cents this next ad. That's winning.
