The teams have been split into divisions.
If we get 2 more, then we'll have 5 teams in each division.

You go head to head against somebody every week. There's 15 scoring categories. You want to pick the guys that will best help you win those categories. And of course you have to have so many guards, forwards, centers etc...... |

You can/should make daily lineup changes. I would suggest taking 5 minutes out of each week at some set time, to go in and set your daily lineups for that week.

As I'm cleaning out my parents house, I found my NBA fantasy league notebooks from when I ran leagues. I needed the newspaper and SportsCenter for scoring. Dino Radja was a bad bitch for a few of my teams.

You go head to head against an opponent each week. Just like football.
The 15 scoring catergories determine the outcome. Just as the scoring in football does.
Very much UNLIKE fantasy football, within each week you will want to have your daily line up set. Doesn't matter when you do it, just make sure it's before tip-off of that player's game.
Basically, if somebody is playing that night, make sure he's in your starting lineup.

It sucks having the last pick since I have to see 39 players get drafted before I get my third pick, and same thing for my 5th pick and so on. Though that's true for the guy who has first pick, the only difference is he gets LBJ and I get everyone's leftovers :-( But seriously, I don't know how I will decide who to pick after those 39 players get drafted, all of whom probably comprise the little mini board I've written for myself. Suffice to say, this draft will definitely test the depth of your knowledge of personnel, the stats of obscure players, etc.
