Bobby Heenan is the greatest manager of all time, period, paragraph. To suggest otherwise shows a profound ignorance and an agenda to be a contrarion.

Having said that.

Paul Heyman is the fucking best thing in wrestling today. As good as any manager not named Heenan ever.

It's not just wrestlers who should study him cutting a promo. Politicians. Motivational speakers. Anyone paid to flap their yap should be lining up to hand him money for his time and insight into how to sell a speech.

I disagree. Heenan was the best for a long time. I love him. Heyman has passed him. Heyman is now the best ever. Fuck you, you ignorant slut.

Heenan was quick witted and one of the best on the mic and the best at inserting himself in the matches. Heenan cracks me up, but maybe we can at east agree that Paul Heyman is the best promo cutting manager of all-time. I just don't think anyone comes close, including Heenan. I've been consuming a lot of great old school stuff lately too.

As stated, anyone could study it. Mouthpiece for Brock, seller of Network, builder of Cena, creator of heat, silencer of critics. The layers in that shit most people didn't even realize is just not fair. I'm ready to go through a flaming table, and I'm a HUGE pussy.

Card S.T. Change is such a filthy whore.  I'm fine with going to Chili's instead of Friday's, but you didn't have to sleep with the guy's brother.  

He was the single best proxy heat magnet just standing outside the ring that there has ever been ... not just drawing it for himself, but for his stable.  Physically as well.

Heyman can plan a promo (it's not quite as ad-libbed as he would like you to believe).  He can plan a general angle.

Bobby could do everything in, on, and around a ring there is to do.

If Heyman came out running around the ring in a weasel suit, 70% of the audience would forevermore sit on their hands anytime he appeared in public again. I know that because O completely made up that percentage in an effort to prove a point ... and for a moment you considered how close the 70% actually was to reality.

There's a reason why the guy they named the Gorilla position for thought he was the best thing to ever happen to the business.
