They are a bunch of damn fools!!! Why? I'm not a fan, but it will work. First, Michigan needs a big hire. In the world of Michigan and Wolverine football, that's not much money. They reportedly were turned down by the Duke coach. You can't bring in another small school darling. They will be back to battling Ohio State for the Big Ten Championship by 2016. He could end up leaving for the NFL by 2018 with explosions everywhere. But this is the move they need right now. I can't see him recruiting, he isn't going to like that. |

I've got the D2 championship on. They just spent 5 minutes discussing how the MN Mankato coach was fired for having child porn on his school issued phone and computer. Charges were dropped and he was re-hired. That shit was still on his devices. Creepy.

The MS receiver was in a crowd around the ball and rather than trying to catch it, he tapped the ball back to his team mate standing a few yards in front of him. If that is a planned play and they practice THAT tip drill, it's brilliant.

I'm a big SEC fan, but for a conference division that has produced six national champions in the last 13 years, with Alabama (3), LSU (2) and Auburn (1) I'm not sure I've seen the SEC West humbled so much in bowl games as we are seeing with LSU and Miss State losing as favorites and Ole Miss getting blown out.
Nice of Arkansas and Texas A&M to hold up their end. Even with a few Sec west teams ranked #1 and in the top 5 during the season, we are seeing that was a fraud. And you could make the case also that the entire SEC is down with Florida being way down, and Tennessee and South Carolina down.
And the Big Ten will decide how well they finish tomorrow, facing Auburn and Bama, neither of which are unbeatable. Seems like a good year to get em. I think at least one of Wisconsin/Ohio State will win outright. And there are two other Big Ten/Sec bashes yet with Minny-Missouri and Iowa-Tenn. It could be a bit more fun for Big Ten fans than New Years Bowls usually are.
