Watching this Punk doc deal. I immediately miss Punk and AJ. I don't think I'll ever not feel a superficial connection to Punk for various reasons. That said, I'm afraid he's going to get housed.

Was just going to make a thread on this. Solid show so far. I believe it's 4 weeks. I got a feeling Punk will get worked in his fight.

Totally had forgotten about this being on last night, but just caught the replay. Nice seeing AJ again, but man, it came off like if you even look at Punk the wrong way she'll rip your head off. She seems very protective of him.
Liked the training at Roufusport. Really want Punk to do well, silence critics & win his 1st fight, but I'm like the majority, I think he'll get pounded. I bet the camera cuts to AJ in tears. Internet will have a field day with their douchebaggery.
Hope not though, hope he shocks the world. I'll be watching for sure.

Conor & Diaz got into a little cat fight today at the press conference. Diaz walked out with his crew, trash talking ensued & Nate whipped a water bottle at Conor, in which Conor went to find every water bottle in existance & threw at the Diaz crew. All while Dana was pleading for Conor to stop. Finally he did & Dana just ended the whole thing abruptly.

Welp, that was one hell of a fight. I don't want to see this fight again though. Enough of this trilogy talk. Go fucking defend your title! There's a whole division ready to fight for the title!
I had it 48-47 Conor. But it was razor close.

I have it 3 rounds to 2 for Diaz. He pushed the pace most of the fight, and outside of the 1st and 4th, Connor was running from Nate. Highly doubt Connor fights at 170 again. Don't think he has the cardio for that, or the chin.

That was one of the better fight nights in a long time.
Miller/Lauzon was a razor close/hard hitting split decision
PVZ looked amazing & only added to her popularity, especially winning with a head kick TKO
Pettis needed a win desperately & fought off being gassed to get a submission win over an established guy in a new division
Maia looked like a beast, choking out Condit within a minute. One of, if not his biggest submission win.
Heavily promoted the Punk fight throughout the night. It's next on the schedule.

I'm watching. I actually want Punk to do well. Sure he comes off as a dick sometimes (arguably most times), but the fact that he's actually getting in there, fucking crazy respect to the dude.
That being said, I think he's going to get worked.
Hope I'm wrong though.
Wonder what his walk out music will be? He's fighting next. Urijah Faber just got outperformed by 3 rounds by youngster Jimmie Rivera.

Edmund Traverablahblahblah (I'm not looking up how to spell it, you know who he is. Ronda Rousey's corner man), stepped up to Werdum after the Werdum/Browne match and then WERDUM FUCKING KICKED HIM! Turned into an absolute embarrasment.
And here people thought the Punk fight would be the most sideshow-ish fight of the night.
