Unless you're living under a rock or in Raleigh, NC (where nothing but Dale Jr and blurry porn matter) you've probably heard by now that Ryan Newman has been docked 75 points by Nascar for his, and his team's unscrupulous actions in Fontana, CA and more specifically - the Auto Club 400 race. I like to think that most of us try to live a good, clean life. Most of us like an even playing field and letting the chips fall where they may. Most of us believe in fair competition. Ryan Newman doesn't. Ryan Newman has long been a bully in Nascar. At 5'10" he towers over most other drivers. But to the public eye, he's always maintained a somewhat of a good ol' boy reputation. Mr. "Aw Shucks"  Don't let this guy fool you. The second that photo shoot ended he fed that poor dog to jackref's neighbors. This guy is a monster. |

With all that said, the governing board of the Racecast/Contest has rendered it's decision. Maintaining consistency with other judgments of this type of indiscretion, Ryan Newman has been disqualified from this race. All points earned by those who chose to associate with a person of this ilk have been wiped out. Removed. Docked. Taken away. Eliminated. Deducted.
And so it is with a heavier heart than a heavy hand, I hereby declare that the 10 points earned by accomplice Speeps and accomplice Kirkwoodref will be vacated. All drivers move up one spot in the race but that didn't end up having any further ramifications on the points standing.
An updated standings will be posted shortly.

For them to dock him 2 race finishes worth of points you would have to think he did this more than once. I also don't get how he is the only one guilty. Harvick is clearly doing something. You don't run in the top 2 in that many races in a row at various styles of tracks without being up to something.
