Sid was so great. He was my favorite "bad wrestler" of all time. This one is particularly upsetting for me.

Sid was there when Shockmaster debuted.
Sid was there to cut a promo on Robocop.
Sid was there to stab Arn Anderson in Europe and get fired.
Sid was there to try and tell JR "let's do it again" after messing up a promo while live on a PPV preshow.
Sid was there to show up as a special guest and get enormous pops in ECW.
Sid was there to cut the "I have half the brain you do" and "I don't know shit" promos.
The man had a hell of a career. And like Drop In said, he treated it like a job.
I'm bummed.

WWE needs to stop dragging their feet with some of these deserved hall of famers. Both Sid and Kevin Sullivan should've been inducted years ago.
I maintain that inducting a guy after he's dead means less.
Let's get the fucking Steiners inducted please.

It's been a week. But finding out your 7 year old dog has a tumor impacting his mobility and bodily functions and needs to be put down is hard. Then add in explaining that to your 12 year old daughter who is currently battling cancer and going in for a chemo treatment first thing in the morning is another level that I can't even describe. I don't have enough middle fingers for cancer.
