Poor Tenay is in a pain med haze. He's just kind of staring at me. He probably can't believe what he saw at 2:00 this morning. There aren't any fish to catch. But I appreciate the effort. This is the first night I've had him anyway. |

I don't care how experienced the parents of those 2 14 year old boys continue to say they were, how in the Hell do you allow 2 14 year old boys out in the ocean on a 19ft boat. That just absolutely doesn't make any sense to me.

Customer service fucks from India. Thanks for completely screwing up my at&t bill. At least our "conversation" from the moving of services was recorded. That was easily the most annoying phone conversation I have had since AOL was in its prime. It was like I was talking to brick fucking wall the entire time.

I've enjoyed Uverse, but the conversations with "Bob" have been a thing. I've actually told "Bob" I already know what script line six is, so just change it up. |

I love my uverse and every other person I have dealt with. I was at 11.5 months and needed to move. I couldn't get the 400 moving gift card because my 12 month new customer discounts were still applied. I would have waited 2 weeks to let those expire and then take the card. She countered with a 1 year commitment at the same prices I had last year which is great.....except she didn't actually apply the discounts. I asked here numerous times if that price will remain for 1 year and she said yes. That shit is recorded so they better fix this tomorrow when they are open and they better let me talk to someone on the same continent this time. I don't care who I talk to if you are capable of processing what I am saying and engaging in conversation that produces a solution. She was a damn robot. I swear they just outsource in order to piss customers off as many would probably just pay the money as opposed to dealing with that shit.

It's weird you have to call during normal business hours to change your plan. I have to do this next week as well. I told the woman I'm a decent negotiator, but I'd rather put pins in my hang low instead of going back to Comcast. (Paraphrasing) She set up a good deal, but my one requirement was HBO. HBO was the only fucking thing I didn't have. Don't ask about the bill. First time they've really messed up. The conversation tomorrow will be, interesting. |

Last year I had some guy that was totally off the cuff and got me sweet deals and the MLB package minus the games.....which rules because it gets me CSN and every station that broadcasts teams home games. The games are blacked out but nothing else is. Kap and Haugh FTW!!!!! I've been listening to Kaplan since 1993. I'm starting to agree with him too much. Scares me. |
