As a Commissioner of various fantasy leagues since 1994, I'm a little concerned. We have fourteen teams. A couple guys kind of quit last year with ten. It impacts the entire league. I don't want to guilt everyone into staying involved, even if your team ends up sucking. I want it to be as fun and competitive as possible. Any suggestions?

Since we're not a cash league it's mostly just being honorable.
You could maybe set up a "loser's bracket" to determine draft order next year? winner gets 1st pick. but i like the fresh start each year so that's not really my ideal solution.
it just comes down to putting a good faith effort to your fellow league mates out of respect.
By the way, I think I remember Kujoe being late to the draft last year. Someone make sure he gets a reminder, I remember about his whole team was autodrafted.

Keeping Score Speeps Hawg Kesha Kirkwood Bob Loblaw Drop In
Have all checked in today. Nick has a work conflict until 8:30, but he is putting his list together for auto pick. I don't have reason to believe anyone else is missing, just haven't heard from them today.
