You people are crazy. We shit on this stuff all the time, as we should. That was a nice little wrestling show. Sting DID get a huge pop. He'll be a nice jobber for Rollins. Notch on the headboard.

The Dudleys got about 20x the crowd reaction Sting did if not more. I dug that return. No question. It's also Brooklyn.

Didn't care for most of the show.
2 good moments (Brock and Dudleys)
Didn't care about Sting.

How much of a notch is it to beat a 57 year old guy?

It was a good show. I think I hate the crow character more than anything and ALWAYS have. I loved surfer sting as a kid. He has been dead to me since he became the crow. If he had the bleached hair and neon on I would have jumped through the roof.

As someone who also loved surfer Sting as a yut, you wouldn't have shitted on a 57-year-old man coming out with neon and a blonde flattop?

How much of a notch is it to beat a 57 year old guy? Exactly. This generation of fans don't know Sting. They have nothing to connect with. He is done. Its no different than Bret Hart being out there for that spot.

How much of a notch is it to beat a 57 year old guy? They can tell a story when they want to. It will add to Rollins' character. Unless Sting wins so Hunter can beat him.

It should be a fun little match, but there's no way in hell Sting is a legit contender for Rollins. They'll build it like he is, sure, but he's not.
Unless something changes it'll be another Sting loss, he has to lose, because putting the title on him is monumentally stupid.

No way they have Cena lose, and Sting win. Your label of "fun little match" is very accurate.

I wouldn't want to see it every week after that but for a few times it would have been awesome. You could also transition him into a useful legends contract guy after that. You can't bring him out now for a quick legends pop because he is silent vigilante. It would be cool for him to actually be able to talk and not be in weirdo character.

the Botchamania facebook page pointed out that Berkley Ottman was the timekeeper for Summerslam/Raw. He's The Shockmaster's son.
"Keeping up the family tradition of fucking up a PPV." Loved that.

Those are some pretty big positives though. I also loved Rollins as usual. Steph and Triple were good again too. And it also helps to watch Raw while, um, buzzed. I had completely forgotten about the Sting spoiler. I was expecting either Cena or the statue to be under the curtain.

Maybe I enjoyed over half of it?
There were only 4 matches and I liked parts of 2 of them.

Maybe I enjoyed over half of it? There were only 4 matches and I liked parts of 2 of them. I guess it's just a matter of what you were looking for. Me personally? I was a bit burned out on rasslin' from the weekend. Between the 2 hours of NXT (which featured one of my favorite matches ever) and then the 4 hours of Summerfest, (not to mention digging into the ROH PPV).... I was pretty much just looking for a light show with lots of bits, angles and promos. So to me, it totally worked. The only thing I really didn't care for was the Divas stuff, first with Miz and then their match. But I will say that Nikki's attire seemed even skimpier than usual and I didn't mind a few of the sneak peeks.

Yeah I guess if I enjoyed 60-75 percent of it I can't really say I didn't enjoy it.

It was a bit lopsided though. That 1st hour of Raw had to be one of the best hour's of Raw ever.

– Xavier Woods took to Facebook to defend the Dudleys’ return on Raw, posting on his non-WWE account:
If you’re not a wrestler this may be hard to understand. Tonight I took a 3D from the Dudley Boyz through a table in front of a sold out crowd in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center after I played trombone during our entrance and my boys sang our remake of Sinatra’s ‘New York, New York.’ This is honestly one of the best moments of my life.

I've re-watched the Brock/Bo/Heyman deal about 15 times now. So I'm up to like 75 suplexes and 5 F5's. I just can't get enough of that segment. Even the announcers cracked me up for once. Cole: Well this is hardly the Undertaker. That's Bo Dallas. Byron: Did Bo make a wrong turn? Cole: He's not a deadman he's a con man. JBL: He's about to be a dead man. JBL: That's the dumbest human being on the planet

The best part for me was the end where Heyman screams out that Brock BoLieves!!! Every last bit of it was spectacular. The incredulous look Heyman had on his face the entire time after he heard Bo's music is great. And then I liked how Heyman exited the ring after Bo said Bolieve. Also after Bo says Bolieve he has an audibly soft "That's it, Brock" and it just cracks me up every time.
