I left right after the 6 man, just got caught up though. My thoughts....
I like the Wyatts carrying Kane off, but Bray said he wants more of Taker, which begs the question, so is Taker not in their possession? So they just put him down backstage & that's it? They let him go? I don't like that at all. Have Taker fight his way off the creepy farm or bayou, wherever they shot those creepy vignettes. Do something, don't just carry him off & that's it. Explain where Taker is!!! If Kane just trots out to the ring in the next few weeks, I'll be pissed.
Big E & Ziggler put on one of the best matches on Raw this entire YEAR & I'm completely serious. Watch that match again, I thought it was fantastic. There could've been interference & luckily there wasn't. It was arguably Big E's best match yet.
Main event I thought was incredible solid. 3 young dudes & a returning guy (granted I dont care about him, but still). That's as fresh of faces as you get in terms of main events. Since Del Rio just came back & Ziggler is another face, I knew there was no way anyone but Owens was taking that pin by Reigns. I like the Rollins/Reigns match, can't lie. It beats Rollins fighting 50 year olds & we have a built in story already. Roman just needs work on the microphone, he's not connecting in that regard.
Other quick parts....
- They could've very well filmed that Miz/Austin stuff last week when Austin was at Raw. Then again it was in San Diego tonight, so who knows.
- Paige needs a new catchphrase. "This is my house!" has ran it's course. How much real estate could this young lady own?
- Titus O'Neil I thought did great talking in the ring. I know it's a subject that's close to him & he did good. He's a solid dude to have as a representative for the WWE.
Incredibly solid Raw tonight, one of the best in a while IMO.
