Seriously, what the fuck was that? I'm not even making a joke. You call out the champion to stand there like a silent goof, and talk about his relatives that 12k of the 15k in attendance don't recognize. The response to internet darling chants was to say "SHUT UP!!" which is wrestling heel 101 to get fans to KEEP chanting. You proceed to a horribly acted bit where your champion IS NOT EVEN IN THE CAMERA SHOTS!!!! Roman actually interjected himself because the bit was so bad and the crowd had no idea what was happening. That might be the worst use of Vince since the limo exploding. #McMahonLivesMatter

I blame this on any and all of you who at any point openly opined that Stephanie is a great on-screen character. This has never been true, and will never be true.
And now we throw away what could be booked as the 3rd to last match on a PPV if done properly as a broadway but instead will be as a bridge to something dovetailing off of a fakey awards show I forgot was on last week until they mentioned it.
I hate everything.

I'm not condoning it, just trying to make some semblance of sense out of it. Nice match by the way. |

Hell of a lariat by Owens. I liked the beat down, just wish the match was longer. It's a 3 hour show, God forbid we give the fans wrestling!!
Also, Drew Gulak was one of the cops. Only good thing about the awful opening segment.
