Shane has really been struggling with his lines since his return. Regardless, still a spectacle to see those 3 in the ring.

Neville fucked his ankle up badly last night. I read a report saying he couldn't put weight on it after the match & I re-watched it, he hurt it on the baseball slide when they came back from commercial. I cranked up the volume on my TV & you can hear Neville tell Jericho something like "I think I broke my ankle" after he hit him with a spin kick to the gut.
That's when they had to figure out how to go home.
That fucking blows if he's actually really hurt badly. Couldn't come at a worse time & even though he's not a main storyline player, Neville puts on some of the most consistently entertaining matches.

It's sad to read my guy Ziggler getting shafted. These Raw threads are great. You guys all hate the product yet keep coming back every week for more punishment.

I had thought those girls were plants. It seemed more like bad acting than overly excited. Children don't get that excited. Makes you wonder if they were just doing this to get attention, which, it worked. So good for those psycho dames.
Kirkwood, it's been that way literally for years. I stick through it because every so often something major happens. Those used to happen a lot, but these days, we're lucky if they happen once or twice a year.
If it wasn't for this board to bitch about the product, I'd just fast forward through the show every week & stop to watch the few things I like. 3 hour show is grueling each week, but somehow, we keep coming back. It's friggin weird, haha.

WWE Superstar Neville has suffered a fractured ankle on RAW and will miss WrestleMania 32. The injury occurred in a match with Chris Jericho on Monday Night RAW during a routine baseball slide dropkick and Neville rolled his left ankle. It was reported that he might have fractured his shin also, but WWE.com have not confirmed this.
Neville would go on afterwards to execute a jawbreaker and a hurricanrana but couldn’t continue the match any further. Jericho quickly rolled him up, and referee Charles Robinson only counted to two, but after some confusion Jericho got himself DQ’d.
There was an immediate and very real heated exchange between Jericho and Robinson, with Jericho pushing the referee and screaming “He’s hurt, he hurt his f******g ankle, I told you that. Don’t touch me. You stole that match, you stole that f*****g match, you bastard.”
Robinson pleaded that he didn’t know and was trying to get more information from Neville, yelling back “Don’t f*****g touch me. I didn’t know. I was trying to find out. Don’t you dare f*****g touch me.
A statement from WWE confirmed the injury, saying:
WWE.com has learned that; “Initial X-rays reveal a fracture of the ankle. He will undergo further imaging today to determine the extent of the fracture and to determine if surgery will be necessary.”
We wish Neville the best in his recovery and rehabilitation.
UPDATE: Dr. Selene Parekh, a world renowned orthopaedic surgeon and foot & ankle specialist who was worked with WWE contacted TWM News to provide some information on these types of injuries:
“These types of injuries such as the one Neville has suffered typically require surgery with a rehabilitation and recovery time of 4-6 months.”

FUCK FUCK FUCK, as if this Mania couldn't get worse. Was Neville going to win the IC title? Probably not, but he would've gotten a Mania moment & would've put on a hell of a match. This really sucks & you can see the heartbreak in his face when he was told its broken.
I remember RVD in ECW breaking his ankle on a baseball slide. A move which seems so simple is so dangerous.
Props to Jericho for getting pissed. Lil Naitch should've known better. There was enough time to realize Neville was hurt.

I just went back and read this thread and man were y'all crabby right from the get go. Personally I think you guys groupthink'd each other to death. The show wasn't nearly as bad as y'all made it out to be. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 on the low end and 6/10 on the high end.

My guess is they weren't hitting up the garage and doing vinegar shooters between matches like yourself.

It was average. Which for most of the year is fine. But this is WRESTLEMANIA SEASON. I expect better.

League of Nations vs New Day was fine, the match was ok, the beating after solidified the Mania match, even though I don't care about it. Ambrose/Lesnar was pointless, it felt like a 10 minute Raw Recap in why we should remember why these two don't like each other. Nothing new or significant. Divas tag sucked. Ryback vs Sin Cara sucked. Usos vs Outcasts sucked. Zayn vs Miz was ok, but all we got was another staredown between Owens/Zayn, which is fine for the time being. Jericho vs Neville was good until the injury, Jericho is an amazing pro. Nothing new with the AJ thing though. Charlotte backstage promo wasn't good. Trips vs Ziggler was very good, but honestly there was no reason for it. Promo leading to it was good. Vince/Taker/Shane final segment was still confusing. Not even they know how to explain why Taker is in this match. It accomplished nothing.
Point is last nights show, like Speeps said, was average at best. That's fine for the road to Payback or TLC, but this is the biggest show of the year. Too much "guest commentators" and staredowns. Do something to make the fans want to watch this shit.
I get it's FREE WRESTLEMANIA, but that doesn't mean you need to treat your Super Bowl like just another regular season game. If that makes any sense?

It's sad to read my guy Ziggler getting shafted. These Raw threads are great. You guys all hate the product yet keep coming back every week for more punishment. We at least try to make the complaining entertaining. The Raw threads are the only reason I watch it every week. I started watching Raw on DVR for years. Then I discovered the wrestling section at the other place. The Cena v Orton era created the popularity of wrestling sections. There was so little entertainment, that we just started entertaining ourselves. It was also long before the volume of access we have today. Someone on Twitter has a gif of something created five minutes later. We were some pretty creative mfers during that time. Also, I agree with Speeps. I usually go in with low expectations, and regularly remind people we probably would have shit on the glory days of our youth. But Wrestlemania season is part of the reason we keep watching year round. You expect to actually be entertained. That show was rough. They have given no logical explanation for their highest profile match. The title match has been so botched, the crowds are actively trying to hack it. So we were probably bitchier than normal last night.

Additionally, nobody expect for Neville had a worse wrestling experience last night. I don't know if it was the apple meth, but I had a dream that lasted most of the night. I know dreams only last fifteen seconds, it just feels that way. But I would wake up, go back to sleep, and the dream would continue. Of course the dream with Lana, a pitching wedge, and a water bed ends instantly. Fuck.
So I was Roman Reigns, except I was me. Everyone kept calling me Roman Reigns, and we're on the Road to Wrestlemania. But everyone involved either worked for WWE, or my old company. I kept fucking EVERYTHING up. I'd go out to do a promo, have a run-in, etc. Everything was botched. Trips kept telling me it was OK. I swear this is real. They put the belt on me, but I messed that up too. I won it the night before Mania, and they said it's OK, because Mania was the next day. But I flew home to clear my head. I'm at home with the belt, doing promos in the mirror. But I realize Mania is in two hours. I'm three hours away by plane, and I don't even have a plane ticket. As I was trying to figure out how to get there, possibly by the main event, I woke up for the final time and didn't get back to sleep.
If tonight doesn't involve Trish Stratus, a midget on a pony (not KS), and a hot tub, I'm going to be pissed.

Wow. I definitely thought Jericho and Robinson agreed to go to the DQ when the three were huddled up. Watching back, that was legit. Jericho's heel mode took over.

I think also professional ring general Chris Jericho took over too. Lil Naitch looked clueless. He had zero idea that Neville was hurt, which, someone that has been around as long as him, you'd think he would've been more aware. You could tell Neville was injured.
The amount of respect I had for Jericho just increased tremendously. He put the safety of Neville first. In that regard, Neville was lucky it was Jericho in the ring with him.

Plus, the referee is always supposed to count what they see. If someone forgets to get their shoulder up, oh well.
