I try to balance the equation in all of this by figuring that they're going to give people what they want (e.g., Rollins face, Reigns heel) BUT it's bad business practice to just capitulate because then there's this expectation out there that if fans pitch a big enough bitch they'll get their way. They'll get there, just on their (shitty) timetable their own (shitty) way. Anything but that? I give up. |
