You would need to treat the NXT viewings like the old WCW Great Maerican Bash where it spreads over a few shows. Title matches. Big bookings. It could work if done eirhht

In an instant, I had the germ of a thought that even though it's essentially impossible to give RAW or Smackdown an offseason, maybe twice a year give each show two weeks off and give it to NXT ... or something like that ... I don't know. There's absolutely zero reason they couldn't do it. Any answer is excuses and back in the day bullshit. |

To further my thought, you might even concurrently put both shows out for a couple weeks and have the blowoff be on Tuesday night to increase viewership #s on that night. Plus, it'd be an implicit commercial for the network.
The point is, as usual, I'm smarter than everyone in Stamford yet here I sit broke, pantsless, and ugly.

I liked the match too. I think they did that to give Roman a pop because they know he'll be booed mercilessly in Brooklyn. Really hope RuRu wins at Summerslam though, he's looked like a total boob so far against Reigns. Superman Punch 2 weeks ago, wedding celebration Spear/Superman Punch, main event last week Spear/Superman Punch, tonight losing to Reigns.
As for NXT, I love how they space out big time shows. Brooklyn's build has been terrific. I can't wait for Saturday. There's big time matches happening Sunday too, don't get me wrong, but I've loved the build for Brooklyn 2.
