Activists are doing the Democrats no favors whatsoever by labeling everybody that voted for Trump a racist. There was a certain hate/racist vote percentage but no more so than a number of other reasons people voted Trump/Republican.

So Trevor Moore, from the Whitest Kids U Know (a comedy group that used to have a show on IFC) had a Comedy Central stand up special last year. He wrote a song called Time for Guillotines.
It could easily be the National Anthem for these next 4 years. It's fucking hilarious & is great.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Trump isn't the one to worry about. It's Pence. When a group of assholes you hate are at the bar, there's always the loud guy. He's not the one you worry about. You worry about his buddy leaning on the wall, silent, drinking a Budweiser. That's the dude that will knock you out. That's Mike Pence. time.com/4576513/mike-pences-hateful-laws/?xid=time_socialflow_facebook

I agree. Trump doesn't even believe half the shit he said during the campaign. My bigger concern is everyone he is surrounding himself with.

He really needs to get the hell off twitter. He looks like a damn fool tweeting out how SNL isn't funny and is unfair to him. Thats a known but why the hell is acknowledging crap like that publically.

Felt the same way for the majority of 8 years. I didn't and Obama was not my choice in 2012. People like Rudy Giuliani and Mike Pence scare the shit out of me. Pence is terrible for human liberties. Giuliani is ignorant, dirty, and frankly just not that intelligent of a human being. I hope Trump makes some smart choices because there is a chance this could be a productive four to eight years. People like Giuliani, John Bolton and Pence will not help the economy, our debt or defend liberty.

Thats a known but why the hell is acknowledging crap like that publically. Man, he had a nice week run there before worrying about SNL and the cast of Hamilton. The SNL part is especially dumb. It all comes with the territory. He also tweeted some nice things about Schumer. I am really hoping Schumer doesn't get all partisan. I'm looking forward to Trump and him potentially working past party lines. This was one of the things that intrigued me about Trump being president. In the end, he's a deal maker. Unless he gets influenced by partisan minds, he will have an incredible opportunity to get a lot of good accomplished in regards to rebuilding the country structurally and economically.

No matter how hard right you may be, you actually don't believe Giuliani is a solid choice to run anything do you?

This will be an interesting exercise in seeing people that might be really good at their actual job and just aren't PC and don't play the game. He might actually get a ton of stuff done if that is the case.

Trump would put his foot on the gas and drive right through those fools. The racists were already voting for him. Those assholes made a bunch of other people vote for him.

Trump inherits an economy growing at 3.2%, with record high home prices, record high stock prices, 4.9% unemployment, rising wages and low inflation. His task is to not fuck it up.

Cmon Ryan, you know facts and data don't matter to the majority of people who get their news on tv. Research has established that people who get most of their news from tv choose the tv networks they watch based on their beliefs, not on their desire for a fair representation of facts. Many who watch msnbc are no different from many Fox viewers...they tune in to hear their side's talking points.
I forgot one...private sector job creation --14.4 million with Obama, (-400k under Bush). But of course that fact doesn't matter to some either.

Haymakers being thrown by Ryan and Coast.

The only haymakers I am throwing are at people who watch cable tv for most of their information and truly do not know or appreciate facts and data. Ryan and I likely share the memories of how different it was when we went to Journalism school and our early career years working in the media. I would bet Ryan also shares the sadness at how the industry has changed to respond to so many peoples' desire to be willingly duped by media by believing only those things that their chosen advocates in media or public figures tell them to believe.

Yeah I didn't mean you and Ryan were throwing them at each other.
It was like the Road Warriors.
Ryan came in with a stiff shoulder tackle and then you follow up with clothesline.
Now waiting for the Doomsday Device.

I thought Obamacare was going to be a giant job killer. Oops. If President Romney had achieved the things you listed, we would be hearing what a great president he is from the same people who call the Obama years an unmitigated disaster. The Republicans control both the Senate and the House. Trump will have no excuses. He has already broken several campaign promises. It's going to be interesting to see how long of a honeymoon he gets from the Trumpets.

It will be great when the unemployment numbers come out two weeks after the inauguration and we will finally be able to rest easy knowing the numbers are no longer "totally rigged".
