Nothing will beat the Festival of Friendship. And I honestly don't see anything on Smackdown being better than Charlotte/Bayley either.
That said, with the exception of those two things, it was a pretty darn bad episode of Raw.
Luckily those 2 things happened, so we don't really have to worry about that.
