As someone who (sigh) now calls PA home, I agree with WZ, Tony Luke's.
Underrated is the place in the reading terminal market, don't remember the name...cheesesteak was good so was the ice cream place.

Well first of all, I thought it was common courtesy to not involve family members in any reference, joking or otherwise.
Second of all ... there is no second of all.
Reading through the genesis of the early days of the board doesn't exactly read well for anyone that has any objectivity in the matter, well beyond what's being shared on the other board.
The last ---LAST--- thing I want to find out is that this board is a sham, because I was hoping for something really different.

you know, hearkening to the crying bigshow picture that started this thread.... one night whilst reading a 4chan raw thread i saw that somebody posted a picture (from behind) of some ~20something year old kid pantsless with his hand in a suggestive position standing in front of a big ole widescreen TV featuring bigshow on it.
for the life of me, i can't figure out the filename i saved it as.... but when i do find it i promise you that it'll make your day.

also HOLY FUCKING SHIT, i am indeed flabbergasted... i clicked on the search button and i had all of these dialog boxes asking me to input things and when i clicked on search..... it returned results.
this is a brave new world over here, one that i might not be ready for. working search functions? what kind of dark forces are you kids fucking with in order to have that? seriously guys, it starts with one small woodlands animal to appease sweet sweet satan, and next thing you know you're staging board meetups to ensnare unwitting sacrifices to the msgboard gods, you know, like why nobody's seen SHARK in awhile.

In that case, allow me to make a suggestion:
I want this board to work out for you guys. I think you've done a great job so far. It's a new look, new functions, etc.
But people are eventually going to revert back to the way things used to be across the street, especially since all the same folks (or at least most of the same) are now over here. People are going to gripe, stir shit, etc.
My suggestion is that when stuff gets ugly -- because we all know it will -- don't just throw your hands up and let this go to shit. Make your ground rules clear and concise right now. That was the biggest issue with the other board; nobody knew what was "in bounds" or out.
