NXT Championship Bobby Roode vs Shinsuke Nakamura
NXT Women's Championship Asuka vs Ember Moon
NXT Tag Team Championship Elimination Authors of Pain vs Gargano & Ciampa vs The Revival
Aleister Black vs Andrade Almas
Tye Dillinger, No Way Jose, Roderick Strong & Ruby Riot vs Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe, Killian Dain & Nikki Cross
Not that strong of a card, but I think Asuka/Ember could steal the show. Black/Almas should be solid & I like everyone involved in the 8 person tag. Nakamura/Roode has been one of the least interesting builds, but match should be fine. I'll be watching tonight.
I'm going with Roode, Ember (though I wouldn't be surprised if Asuka retains), AOP, Black, Team Dillinger

I won't be around. I'll probably have to catch it tomorrow morning.

They may add Peyton and Billie vs. Aliyah and someone else.
That'd be nice. They deserve a spot.

8 person tag to kick things off. No Way Jose attacked at Axxess today by Sanity. Out of the match. Regal said they need to find a replacement

Kassius Ohno is the replacement!

Not a fan of the silly matching eye paint Sanity now has.
For an Orlando/Mania crowd, they've been relatively quiet up until Dillinger got the hot tag.
They were loud for the entrances, but Dillinger woke them up.

Everyone hit their moves on each other at the end until Dain hit Dillinger with a One Winged Angel for the pin.
Typical tag match, but picked up big time at the end. Everyone looked good. Ruby Riot (that'll take getting used to calling her that) was impressive.
Solid start. Would've like Team Dillinger to get the win, but they're still building Sanity as a dominant force, so I get it.

Aleister Black vs Almas up next. Black had a pretty fucking cool entrance.
Percy Watson trying to explain the background of Aleister Black's character is just laughable.

Black over Almas via Black Mass (spinning roundhouse kick to the face).
Match was slow to start, Black was hesitant & seemed a little nervous, but got going quick after that. I dug the match after they settled in.
Nigel just said Black is a man to reckon with IN RING OF HONOR. Whoops.
Tag titles up next.

Tag titles up next. I heard that and thought - welp nice knowing ya McGuiness. Honestly though he isn't that great on commentary. Very bland and boring.

Yeah it's taking time for him to get used to the role of heel commentator. At least he's the most heelish of the 3. I thought he was fine in ROH with Kevin and he'd be fine with just Tom here in NXT, but you know, they can't get rid of Percy.
Luckily Percy Watson is pure garbage, so it doesn't make Nigel seem that bad.
New look to the tag titles aren't anything special.

I like Nigel on commentary. He isn't over animated but brings a seriousness that is different and needed.

DIY & Revival put Rezar through a table for a big pop.
LOVE the storytelling with both teams. Dawson had a reverse figure four locked in on Akam. Gargano was going to break it up, but stopped.
It's essentially 4 on 2 with AOP fighting off all challengers.

Dawson & Gargano hit DIY's finish on Akam. Wilder & Ciampa hit a Shatter Machine on Rezar.
Both teams finally turned on each other, briefly, but once AOP recovered, they went back on the same page.
SUPERPLEX FROM THE TOP TO THE FLOOR ONTO EVERYONE ON THE OUTSIDE! This is awesome!

Hate that after that big spot, AOP just popped up & hit their finish on Ciampa to eliminate DIY.
I get it's so they look like monsters, but damn. If you're going to sell offense the entire match, why have them not sell now?
AOP vs Revival left.

AOP is like The Ascension for me.
Does nothing.

Super Collider on the Revival and AOP retain. Crowd is pissed.
I don't like them either, they're still super green, but they do benefit from being in there with incredible teams like DIY & the Revival.
Hope this is it for the Revival & they get a callup. They have zero left to accomplish in NXT.

New womens title looks like the old X-Division title. Not an upgrade.
I'm fine with either one winning this one. Asuka can stay in NXT until Summerslam & I'd be fine with it.

Hell, have Asuka hold onto the belt until next taping and lose on NXT TV.
Then she can still come up soon.

Asuka has been total heel for quite a while, so her pulling heel shit out to win I'm fine with.
She didnt beat her clean, so that means we'll get a rematch.
Agreed, super sloppy in spots, but I was fine with the match. Nothing mind blowing, but was an ok little match.

They just showed Drew McIntyre in the crowd!
Good for them if they give him another shot. Dude is way too talented to be stuck in 3MB.

I still have a feeling Nakamura might show up tomorrow at Mania to face AJ. There has to be a reason why AJ/Shane has NO stipulation tied to it. It's just a singles match.
AJ attacks Shane before the match & Nakamura replaces him would be fucking nuts. Unlikely, but one can hope.
