That's outstanding. I hate to say make it into a gimmick, but think about the positive impact it could be. That's also a helluva kickoff for a face run.

His current gimmick is that he was working at a Hallmark store, where he met Maria & she made him into a pro wrestler. I'm not kidding. Just in case we all forgot that dog shit of a gimmick.
Bennett is a talented dude, he should absolutely make this his character though. He won't have Maria with him for probably a year, so don't give him the Hawkins treatment and have him lose every match until she's back. Actually utilize him. Not saying make him a main event player, but you have a US title caliber contender.

There’s a rumor going around stating Neville requested his release from WWE last night … and while we haven’t been able to confirm it quite yet, here’s what we know.
Sources say Neville was initially scheduled to lose to Enzo Amore in the main event lumberjack match on Raw. However, plans changed after the ex-cruiserweight champion walked out before the show.
In case you missed it, Kalisto was given the spot instead and won the Cruiserweight title.
While our sources haven’t been able to confirm this information officially, an account using the handle @wrestlevotes tweeted today saying Neville quit and most people we’ve spoken with say there does appear to be some truth in that claim.
It’s worth noting that not all wrestlers who ask for a release are immediately granted their request.
We’ll keep you updated if further information is made available.

Are you fucking kidding me? WWE are such butt hurt little bitches. They let him go over that? No one could vouch for him? He has a ton of friends there.
Next thing you know WWE will start scanning social media and if a WWE talent "likes" a post on Twitter or Instagram by people like The Bucks, Cody, Marty, Page, etc, then they'll be reprimanded.
Fuck it, make Jimmy a member of the Bullet Club & let him cash in on it.

In an interesting twist on the situation between WWE and The Young Bucks, the brothers were contacted to do WWE 2K19 work just one day after they received their cease & desist letter from WWE following the recent "invasion" outside of a RAW TV event in California. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the company in charge of the WWE 2K franchise contacted The Bucks to ask them about doing motion capture work for next year's video game. The game creators felt like they needed all of the signature YB moves in the game because so many people playing last year's edition were using the Create-A-Wrestler mode to play as the brothers.  |

Great little read.
I remember the 1st Indy show I went to in 2004 there was a fat referee named Chris Scoville. Cut to a few years later I realized that ref was just named after Jimmy's real name.
1st few years of going to Indy shows, Jimmy was a main event guy, with furry boots, spike & chanting HUSS, it was right before he went to ROH. I was really sad when he decided to retire, but was happy when he got be WWE gig. Really lame how they treated him at the end.
Hopefully some guys who have podcasts like Jericho have him on to talk about it. Seems like he had a lot more influence in storylines than people (myself included) knew.

Former WWE Champion CM Punk was recently tested for the cast of a pro wrestling-centric drama from Starz and ParamountTV, according to PWInsider. Punk was considered for the role after impressing casting directors. Testing is the final step before an actor is offered a role.
The drama titled "Heels" was fast-tracked several months ago and planned for an eight-episode first season. The one-hour drama is build around the story of two brothers, one a heel and one a babyface, the struggles they have on-camera and behind-the-scenes following the death of their father, who was the promoter of a Georgia-based pro wrestling promotion that the brothers worked for. Punk was at one point being considered for the role of a brother named Jack Spade, the heel. The producers hoped to cast actor Henry Cavill and Jack Reynor as the lead roles at one point.
No word yet on when the show might premiere as it has been put on-hold by producers. The series has been put on-hold several times since first being announced last February. Just one pilot script has been written as of this week, by Michael Waldron.

I'm at the point with WWE where I'm saying fuck it, give us Jinder vs Brock. I actually want to see it. Crowd will chant huge for Brock and WWE will spin it to say Jinder got great heat against him. I'm over it.
In regards to Jimmy, while he shouldn't have probably posted a pic (despite it being with his friends), people might forget this was before the cease and desist got served & also before they knew what The Elite were up to. Granted I know the whole #BCInvasion was a hashtag, but who knew what they were actually going to do?
Also KEVIN OWENS, SAMI ZAYN & AJ STYLES have made cameos on Being The Elite!!! Jimmy just took the bullet because WWE is butt hurt. No way in hell they punish those 3.

Im over Brock matches because its just leading to Roman. I don't want to see him destroy the whole roster like Vince does. However, Jinder is Vince's big inside joke and I'm also tired of that.
He seriously took his worst wrestler on his roster, made him champ, and had him beat arguably the best wrestler in the world Nakamaura. I think that's just a Vince fuck you to fans and NJPW. Anyways, as long as its for some title I'm all for it. Tired of both, Jinder will lose. Or the Shield will just show up and destroy everyone. Fuck.

Well yeah I know that, I'm just saying despite the other 3 being on BTE (which in sure Vince doesn't even know about), they'll never get reprimanded. Maybe if it was a lower level guy like Hawkins or Rhyno or Slater, but not Zayn, KO or AJ.
