EC3 has been working out at the Performance Center since he finished up with TNA. Wouldn't be surprised to see him at NXT or Rumbel. 

And he apparently can keep the EC3 name, though it wouldn't make sense in WWE unless they make it mean something different. 

I'd love to see him come out during the Rumble and do some damage. Build him right away. Don't just feed him to someone and go out right away.

**Jim Ross provided an update regarding the case involving the 17-years old driver that struck and killed Jan Ross this past March. The judge overseeing the case has dismissed the charges of vehicular manslaughter and stated that the community service performed and counseling that he has undergone is all that the law can pursue. Ross added that the driver did not even lose his driver’s license throughout this entire process and added that the state did object to the judges’ ruling but his decision stood. The driver cannot be identified as he is considered a juvenile. KOCO News out of Oklahoma led with this story on Thursday and stated in their news report that Ross was too upset about the decision to go on camera and discuss it further, but he did send the following statement to KOCO:

The system has failed us. Heartbreaking matters such as this make me wonder what our youth are being taught. It’s time we need to pay attention. Sad. Embarrassing. Makes it hard to continue loving my beloved Oklahoma.

Or a lenient judge who didn't want to send a 17 year old kid to jail.

Even if it were just a horrible accident that didn't involve texting, distraction, etc, I would expect my seventeen-year-old to at least lose his license for six months if he killed someone.
