Holy shit. It's the Medium Size Boss Man. This might be the best he ever looked. Contrast this with his Twin Towers match last week.

Just had a vision of Mr. Perfect w/Heenan as AEW Champion. Oh, now it's not going to leave.

Bruce is trying to defend the Hogan v Slaughter angle, saying it's hindsight. I remember being in the barbershop with my Dad. Not that barbershop, my barbershop. The barber would turn wrestling on for me even though it probably pissed everyone else off. They were saying how tasteless Slaughter's comments were. I said "don't blame him, it's the guy putting the words in his mouth." I was twelve.

I love how Gorilla always overlooked Joey Marella's biased refereeing.

I remember listening to him excuse the WrestleMania 19 angle with Triple H making those obviously racist comments about Booker T. Bruce claimed that it was a WWE vs. WCW approach. Bullshit. Triple H feuded with another WCW guy Scott Steiner a month earlier and didn't say anything close to that to him.

Donald Trump, Henry Winkler, Chuck Norris, and Lou Ferrigno. That's a hell of a group right there.

I did not remember that Andre/Boss Man moment. They did nothing to follow up on that.

Lol. I was busy with something else and Mania 8 came on. I hear Bobby say Reba McEntire is Tito Santana's sister. "Arriba McEntire" Yes, I laughed.

LOL that line had me cracking up. I should have checked this thread first but I started at like 11pm. Got to Savage/Flair and passed out. Amazing how Michaels was curtain jerking on that show and Undertaker was second match against Jake.

Watching Austin v Bret at 13. Never saw Austin cut himself twice.

Watching Austin v Bret at 13. Never saw Austin cut himself twice. I always thought Bret bladed him when he hit the rail outside. That was according to Bret's book.

Austin said on the Stone Cold Sessions with Bret recently that Bret helped him blade. I think it was when they fell into the time keepers area. Bret helped Austin, he popped up and blood even got on Lawler's hand.

I'm watching the Clash before Halloween Havoc 89. Mid to Late 1989 WCW was fire. Hogan roped me in, but WCW got me to convince my family to buy a PPV. This is when Flair took the book and they brought in a ton of young stars. Sid, Pillman, etc.
I feel like I've been in the booking meetings after listening to Flair, Sullivan, and Cornette talk about it.

We all get head to start the show. Far more likely in 1999.

I ended up watching the 4 WCW Saturday Nights before Starcade 85 and then the Flar/Dusty match from that event. The formula is so simple. That crowd was rabid for an entire month. And the poor Jeffers brothers LOL they got destroyed every week.

randomone inspired me to watch some of the Raw shows around Invasion. The June 4th Raw had a segment with Jesse Ventura I didn't recall at all. I know it's a work. I know Vince is in the Mr. McMahon role. But when Ventura started talking about how Vince never controlled him I swear Vince wants to shoot have him killed.

Watching the Invasion stuff again. Scotty 2 Hotty receives a bigger pop on Raw than anyone on the current roster.
