That entire cruiser segment was rather disturbing on a lot of levels but the match was pretty good.

Do you think that when Bray goes to blow out the lantern that he actually does in fact blow out the lantern or do you think there's an on/off switch on the bottom of it that he presses? Considering that it's an LED lantern and not actually a flame, I'll go with the on/off switch.

Here's my deal with Matt. He's never been particularly athletic. He's never been a powerhouse. He's always been a step slow in the ring. He never cut interesting promos. He's always been about bland as you can possibly be in a ring in spite of the fact that he was a Hardy Boy. And he has almost always needed his opponent to be better at their job than he is at his in order to put over his shitty moveset. So just because he dyes his hair, opens his mouth up wide and weirdly, and flies drones around his damn property, that changes not a thing for me. In fact it has made me despise him even more. I was never a Matt Hardy fan. He was probably one of my least favorite wrestlers for many of the reasons you listed. But totally disagree on the reinvention and cleaning himself up. I didn't get it at first, but it was incredible once I did.

Matt Hardy Version 1 was a hilarious character. Unfortunately after that ended, his character never really evolved in the WWE. Sure there was the dumb heel turn on Jeff, but that feud wasn't that great. Cut to TNA, he didn't really do much for a long time (Cold Blooded Matt Hardy was pretty bad). He was entertaining in his brief ROH run, but nothing all that memorable.
So when he decided to do a complete 180 & revamp his entire character, becoming Broken, it showed that there was some serious creativity left & it was so odd & ridiculous, it became terrific.
And in a company with barely any highlights, it made TNA watchable. Which you can't say all that often.

I do commend him for trying something different but it's still not for me.

So I just finished Raw and also came away feeling that they could have done so much more and so much more differently with the Enzo and Cass deal. While they did build it, they kinda rushed it to a conclusion. I guess the whole deal seemed kinda messy. Should have had something happen in a match that led more to this...not exactly sure, but I'm not paid to.

So was/is the Corey Graves/Angle angle all part of the Enzo/Cass thing or is there still something else going on the Graves/Angle are involved in as well?

For the record, I watched the rest of it and thought it was pretty great. Very pleased with Raw this week.
