For whatever reason, people like to report Bobby Heenan is dead or create fake accounts all the time. I'm not believing it yet.

Sadly I don't think it's a hack. The greatest wrestling manager of all time, hands down. There's no argument to be made.
Royal Rumble 1992 remains the greatest call ever on commentary too. It's not even a great PPV, but Monsoon & Bobby made it great with their commentary. Granted they were an incredible duo to begin with, but on this night, they were next level.
Heartbreaking the health struggles he'd gone through for the past 15 years.
RIP Brain, humanoids everywhere will miss you.

Just awful. I might not have even gotten into wrestling if it weren't for The Brain. I was too young to know it at the time but he was so damn good at what he did that I wanted Gagne & Brunzell, or hell anybody, to stop the Heenan Family back in the AWA.

I've talked about how 1992 was my all time favorite year in wrestling. Big reason was The Brain, look at how great he was, Prime Time Wrestling with Mr. Perfect, the Rumble, WrestleMania, Summerslam where he was "Sir Bobby The King of England!", his heartbreak when Flair lost the title, his pure joy when Flair won the title, his reaction to Perfect turning on them. That's just from my favorite year.
Then you can talk about his Prime Time days with Gorilla, which I'm only recently been enjoying all over again on the Network.
Then the AWA days.
Then the WCW days where in the beginning he was great, but he pretty much packed it in towards the end of his run there, but everyone did.
Final Mania moment with him & Mean Gene doing commentary on that terrible battle royal, but Heenan's commentary & zingers made it great.
He was awesome everywhere he went in wrestling.

Some of the lines in the Rumble 92 you'd never be able to say in 2017. Saying the guys beating up Tito Santana were "making guacamole out of Santana" and when Virgil got a late number, Brain asked "who knows how many bags he went through in the back?"
Fucking amazing. Bobby was great.

I'm hoping to work Bobby Heenan into the Tribute Tuesday that was already planned on the award winning Wendy's Big Show. Found a great clip for a Milwaukee audience. Have a bit of a question if 2:38 is ok to say on the radio. Can you guys preview this clip from like 2:05 to 3:02 and let me know what you think? Thx!!

Most of the listeners will be drunk or calling for aid from the state by the time it plays anyway.

Heenan: Ray, how old were you when you had your first woman?
Stevens: Six
Heenan: Where did you take her?
Stevens: I don't know, I was too drunk to remember.

Watching the Prime Time Wrestling where they're at the No Holds Barred premiere. Bobby said he wants to watch the movie, not go to the lobby & watch Gorilla and The Rosatti Sisters eat popcorn.
"The Rosatti Sisters are here, they're in rows 7,8,9,12&15"
Dammit Bobby was great. I really hope they add more Prime Time episodes from 90, 91 & 92 on the Network.

I've thought about this all night now. Had trouble concentrating on the Packers and basically almost forgot that the Brewers even played earlier. Now that's really a damn thing for me.

Someone made compilations of Bobby on the phone during Prime Time. There's multiple videos covering years of the show, it's amazing. Here's 1987, both videos are over 20 minutes each.
