Here's my preliminary Nascar Las Vegas list: Martin Truex Jr. +550 Brad Keselowski +650 Jimmie Johnson +1400 Denny Hamlin +1400 Joey Logano +1400 Ryan Blaney +2000 Darrell Wallace Jr. +20000 Those are ordered by odds. Not necessarily who I think will win. Nascar is such a crapshoot that I really couldn't predict a winner but based on history, odds, potential payouts..... those are my best bets. I'm also not sure if those odds are current and whether or not they'll change after qualifying tonight. Are you at least drinking for free? Meh, kind of. Sportsbook areas don’t work the same as table games. Also, MGM properties aren’t exactly great about that compared to some others. Of course the crowd tends to be a bit cleaner. |

Yeah they dumped free drinks in the sports book a few years back. Now I buy beer at the CVS and bring it to the books. They will give you drink tickets if you bet enough, but the service is slow.

If I was gambling smart, I would not bet on this game. But in the spirit of our Big Ten challenge I have to. I’m taking Penn State at +8 against Purdue. Would not be shocked if Purdue smokes them. My thought is almost all these games have been close. I’m concerned about Penn State running out of gas here, but I think they can keep it within 8.

Paid too much to previous game they played and not enough to Purdue’s defense paired with PSU having a lot of things go their way in their first two games. Should have been smarter here. |

I love Vegas - I haven't been in almost 2 years. I used to go at least twice a year. I think a board event out there would be incredible and we would have an absolute blast.

The worst thing about Purdue winning is I haven’t felt confident about either one of their game from a betting perspective (1-1). My win came off of betting an over that was a silly total. Going to come down to tomorrow if my sports betting ends up in black or red for sure now. I guess good news is I didn’t lose a ton of money in my stay here. Table gaming has me about $100 up. Never really got too high or too low this week.

Cat had ridiculous ring rust, but only lost by a split, which is a miracle in itself.
Dern & Dodson won in the prelims (both by split), Lombard got dicked over with a DQ loss and literally no one saw Dariush getting KO'd in less than a minute!

No idea, I hate when we get lots of splits because that tells you where the judges heads are (or aren't) at.
