I don't know if five-year contracts for new NXT signs is the type of change we need in the industry. What would be beautiful is a legal battle to eliminate the independent contractor clause voiding WWE deals. Now we have a fight. |

NXT folks got new names and they...are...awful... Trevor Lee is Cameron Grimes Jessie Elaban is Jessi Kamea Eric Bugenhagen is Rik Bugez Adrian Jaoude is Arturo Ruas Luke Menzies is Ridge Holland The fact that they changed Eric Bugenhagen is a travesty. I know he usually talks about The Bugez Cruise and obviously shortening Eric to Rik, but damn, Bugenhagen was a sold name, maybe because it's his real name? Some more name changes in NXT ACH is now Jordan Myles Garza Jr. is Angel Garza Jonah Rock is Bronson Reed Why must people need to have first and last names? They're trying to make everyone sound like normal everyday people, but they shouldn't be, they're pro wrestlers (sports entertainers, my mistake). I want larger than life badass names, not regular sounding names. |

There will no longer be wrestling during commercial breaks on RAW or SD. Which is why we got random 2 out of 3 falls matches last week (or the Bryan/Rollins re-start) & will presumably continue to do so. Reason is Vince was told in real sports you don't play during commercial breaks.

Yeah I don't blame Rollins here. He's the top guy of the company, in no way will he criticize the product or put it in a negative light. Mox didn't bury the company, it was more Vince and his lack of creativity. This definitely seemed like a way for WWE brass to send a message about the Jericho podcast using their top guy.
The Ospreay stuff though, just seems out of character for him to start shit & try to rile people up on Twitter. When you're a guy who has been feuding with Baron Corbin for 3 months, you lose a lot of credibility saying you're the best wrestler in the world night in & night out. I get it's kayfabe, but still.
