I dug the opener. Weren't familiar with either guy. I legit thought Josh Briggs was the same Josh who won the last Tough Enough (the Chewbaca guy), it's not.
Brandi Lauren was Ava Storie on the indies for a bit, so it's nice to see her again, she's delightful.
Anthony Green played heel well.

Ruas vs Henry was stiff as fuck.
3 matches, 3 different styles. Dig it so far

How has Babatunde not been WWE Champ 8 times already? He's Vince's dream.
Lil Corino didn't stand a chance

Eddie Kingston called me a douchebag at an IWA show in 2005 when I was still in high school.
Always been a fan of his since. Glad to see him on the Network. Wish he was in NXT (at the very least a mouthpiece).
Fun tag title match.

I've watched a G1 show and a AEW show, but Gulak vs Riddle could be the best pure wrestling match I've seen of the whole day.
Holy crap that was a fantastic match. Both guys rule.
That end sequence was awesome. Gu-Lock countered into Bro Derek for the win.

Holy shit, Paul E is back in the ECW Arena!
Is this the first time since ECW closed that he's been back here?

Alright, jumping back into the last two matches.
Hearing Paul Heyman do ring introductions was great. Love him introducing someone not names Brock Lesnar.
Austin Theory has the look of a superstar & JD Drake has Nikolai Volkoff trunks that are almost touching his nipples they're up so high.

Solid title vs title match. Theory is awesome in every aspect. He should no doubt be a player in NXT at this point.
Wow when the lights went out post match the crowd didn't react at all when Josh Briggs laid him out. Saying there was crickets is an understatement. Super underwhelming.
Tozawa & Cole is the main event, randomly

Main event felt more like a main event on NXT than a major show like EVOLVE 10th Anniversary, but it's on the Network so I get it.
Real solid match and I'm glad Cole retained on his own with no shenanigans. Makes sense for Gargano to pop up, he was such a big part of EVOLVE (back when I watched EVOLVE more consistently).
I've fallen out of EVOLVE for the past few years, so it's nice to see it still thriving and has some great talent.

Tozawa & Cole is the main event, randomly I noticed the same thing when Briggs showed up. I think the crowd was expecting a WWE/NXT guy to take out Theory. Theory is only 22, unbelievable. Has some natural heel tendencies, but I have no idea about his promo skills.

Yeah maybe if it was under different circumstances the audience would've reacted better (or at all)
Theory was one of the guys on the first ep of the Wrestlers docu series that just wrapped in VICE. So to see him at the top of the company is pretty cool.
Overall I really liked the show. Some damn fine wrestling yesterday.
