I liked the storytelling of the main event a lot. Okada was in 10 man tag New Japan mode and literally walking through it for the first 29 minutes. He kicked things into gear when his title wasn’t on the line anymore.
I didn’t care for the distraction finish, but that was at least a way around Okada getting pinned completely clean, so I get it. But I don’t like it.
As much as I want Yuta to stay babyface and not turn, it makes more sense to go heel and stick with Claudio & PAC. He gets more out of being the little shit heel in the group than he does just another babyface fighting them off.
Wish they announced more for next week, let alone ANYTHING for Collision. They went back to an old weakness in that regard.

They have to stop relying so heavily on Twitter. I get social media is a big thing, but if you’re going to announce it a few minutes after your show ends, why not just have Excalibur say “Tony Khan has made it official” during the broadcast and throw a graphic down at the bottom of the screen?

Not one of their better Dynamite cards imo but the tag match has me intrigued. Probably makes sense to not invest too much into this card for a Tuesday night show.

It’s actually about time Hologram gets put on Dynamite. He’s had this long win streak on Collision that hopefully it eventually leads to something. He’s been over on Saturday’s in his party matches he’s typically part of.
MLB Playoffs, time change, night change, I guess you could say NXT, I wasn’t expecting a big show with all those factors
I’m more wanting the PPV card to be finalized mostly.

Willow vs Saraya vs Hayter vs Nyla the new match. Winner gets Mariah at the PPV
I assume Nyla is in it to take the pin and Willow wins it. While Hayter should, I don’t think Mariah needs to be dropping the title this soon. Nor should Hayter lose.

I’m assuming not to go head to head with NXT. Also maybe the playoffs? Though that game just ended. No one knew that would end so quick. There’s also a winner goes to the Finals of the WNBA tonight with Minnesota & Connecticut that also started at 7

As of 10/5, this show was gonna start at 7pm CT. So I'm wondering many things. Did they anticipate the Hurricane coverage dominating East Coast viewing? Did they somewhat prioritize West Coast viewing since Wrestledream will be there this weekend? Is Big Bang a Tuesday staple on Tuesday nights on TBS and they didn't really want to mess with that? Have I been smoking way too much of the good good?
