Shayna should win by all accounts, but I think Bayley takes this.
Becky will be over regardless. Maybe Asuka pops up and mists her setting up next months Tag Team Title TLC match?

They've mentioned Ronda a lot more than usual.
Hmm...

It wouldn't be a WWE PPV if we didn't roll our eyes to end it.

I still don't think Graves' initial tweet was that big of a deal. Obviously would've been better to do it in person but other than that.

He handled the situation completely wrong. Why not talk to him in person? Why not call him? Why address it on social media at all? You can say Mauro should have thicker skin or shit like that, but Graves has worked with him before & knows his bipolar disorder has caused him problems. Address this behind the scenes rather than a public forum. And Graves is doubling down on it too, which is pretty sad.
Of course he tweeted at Meltzer after Dave called what he did a dick move on Observer Radio (Dave wasn't the only person who said this, but going after Meltzer is the popular thing to do).
Maybe if Mauro didn't have his well documented problems I'd be more ok with it, but I'm just not.

It is to Mauro and Graves should know better. This isn't someone getting sensitive and offended by something on social media. He is very mentally ill. This isn't being weak or the pussification of society. He has probably been a bit much lately on NXT, but is still an incredible announcer and gives NXT a unique sound. Perhaps for the same reasons I listed, Beth and Nigel feel uncomfortable telling him he's stepping on them often. This still isn't the way to handle it.

We also don't know if Mauro perhaps did something dickish to Corey that prompted all this. Doubtful but you never know. One thing all of this makes me wonder about is (and I know this is different as Mauro & Graves are coworkers) but is it ok for someone like me to critique Mauro? I mean I know about his issues so should I stay quiet on social media regarding things I don't dig about his call of the action? Or are people with mental health issues off limits or no? I guess I'm not great at all of this and haven't been around too many mental health issues in my life (other than my dad's dementia/Alzheimer's)

And I try to understand that and sympathize with him but it absolutely makes me question if it's in his best interests to be the lead announcer for a wildly popular television show which is on a network that's capable of reaching 90 million homes.

In regards to Graves, handling a situation you have with a coworker in private and not on social media would be the way you handle that. I mean shit, didn't they just have a meeting post Saudi about the do's & dont's on social media?
As for how you yourself should handle or talk about it, that's entirely up to you. I would just be sensitive to those who have well documented mental health issues. Not saying you handle them with kid gloves or anything, but be aware of what they might be going through, especially if it's already publicly out there. (I'm the last person who should be giving advice on how to handle things, but that's just how I'd do it).
I'm sure Mauro always gets his fair share of criticism on social media, but for it to come from a coworker who he worked with, that's a different issue. Graves tweeting this to thousands & thousands of followers, he knew what he was doing. He was being a douchebag.

If he wasn't good at his job it would be more open for discussion. Obviously the topic is subjective. As far as whether or not you should send him negative comments about his announcing? I suppose you could. Not really my thing. I don't think anyone is going to look at a negative tweet about their work and have this grand life changing moment. @goodolaewks said I'm talking too much! To the war room! It's time to change my style and reinvent!

The problem is Graves was being passive aggressive about it like a punk ass. You are an adult professional - handle yourself as such. Mauro getting criticism from fans is par for the course and he understands that. Getting targeted criticism from a coworker in that manner is bullshit. And it isn't a matter of having thick skin or thin skin as Random and Drop In nicely laid out - its a matter of dealing with shit your coworker stirred up for no reason other than his selfish amusement.

Oh, totally misunderstood. Not at all. I said I've noticed Mauro's been a little over the top lately. If he's hunting down criticism and finds it on this board, we know Mauro's got a problem. Lol

Graves seems to be going with the "well I'm not wrong" defense about Mauro, a lead commentator, talking too much.
I asked this earlier in the thread, did Graves have problems with Cole talking too much on RAW and he & Renee not getting enough talking time?
Or is it he's poking at Mauro because he's an easy target & also Cole is above him on the pecking order?

My final thought on the matter aside from what I've already said is that yes it was a dickwad move by Corey to go after Mauro on social media rather than have a conversation with him in person. HOWEVER, I'm still befuddled that Graves' initial comment caused Mauro to delete his Twitter as well as miss Survivor Series. Maybe that's more on me for not fully understanding mental health and all it entails. Not sure.
