Realest shit Mick Foley has ever said. This is another great reason for competition. If Foley said this in 2017 he might get his legends contract cut. In 2021 he might get hired by WWE to work with the front office. |

His contract ends in December I think.
He’d be a guy I’d sign. It’s sad how he’s just a guy in WWE except for like a month when they need a filler for a title feud.

1. Obviously I hope he's ok and makes a quick recovery.
2. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little shocked Vince didn't turn this into a storyline with how he & Bruce got control of NXT. I mean, c'mon, it's Vince.

That's scary. I hope he recovers.
Not to add a negative element to his recovery, but a lot of the steroid guys start having issues in their 50s. Hopefully he's living clean.

I posted the Vince Googling joke, but in a way Vince should make 9/11 a little about him. I can only speak for myself and the people in the room watching that Smackdown. Many of which weren't wrestling fans. It was really fucking important at the time. This is one time we actually needed someone with the bravado of Vince to say FUCK YOU.

It was, but it was also a kind of "let's get out there and make sure we are first" deal.
MLB was already scheduled to start again on the following Monday.
So it wasn't like everyone was waiting in sorrow or whatever dopey line Bruce used.
