I’ll miss the first hour but I’m thinking we get Kross losing the title without being pinned. I’m hoping they just go back to Cole. Maybe Kyle steals it?
I hope Grimes wins but aside from that, I don’t care about this show sadly. Should be good wrestling as usual, but I just haven’t cared.

My idea actually makes perfect sense. Apparently Grimes has been dying for Dibiase's acceptance. Grimes can be the new money face of youth versus Dibiase's suit. Knight can disappear and go to Raw or Smackdown.

That main event was so good, but Kross just looks out of place. Not just because of his size, but because literally everyone else in the main event picture can wrestle circles around him.
It's weird, but he belongs on the main roster. That entrance, that gimmick, Scarlett, all is better outside of the CWC.
Regal seemingly leaving the GM position makes me wonder if he'll just be a scout/producer for NXT from now on? Certainly they can't let someone like that go and coach for AEW.

Everyone else in the match is a better wrestler, but Kross has the star look and size. The other guys look like indy nobodies compared to him.

That's the issue. You're entire brand is filled with these smaller guys you've recruited from the indies. Who the fuck is going to beat Kross? Bronson Reed? I don't see it happening, but Samoa Joe? Maybe they bring in WALTER? But they haven't really done a lot with him when he's in the States. I mean isn't Imperium feuding with friggin Breezango?
Who else though? Everyone is small. That's why they should've taken the title off Kross without him losing and call him up where he can wrestle guys his size.
I know the size advantage makes Kross look like a giant in NXT, but eventually enough is enough.

It would’ve been a perfect finish. Kyle gets Cole to tap, while he himself is in the middle of passing out.
Kross can look heartbroken in defeat, he could’ve broke the submission, opted to try to choke out Kyle, but Kyle’s heart and determination wouldn’t let him pass out until he got Cole to submit.
