I guess I'll pick Cody, Rhea, Roman, Bianca, Bray with Sami & Naomi being my wild cards. I'm assuming people we don't give a shit about return like Nia Jax to murder people and NXT folks to fill the spots.
This company has really just left a bad taste recently (and it's not from the wrestlers themselves) that it's tough to get hyped for what was once my favorite show of the year.

The ending was perfection. I still like the Rumble ending the show, but after seeing this I get it.
Does anything come of Jey bailing on the beatdown? Call back to the pandemic days of babyface Jey?
Super interested to see where this goes.

Vision of the glass breaking at the very end of the show when the Sami beating was finishing up. I would have enjoyed the show more if I kept expectations in check. |

Is Jey the one who can’t get into Canada due to DUIs?
Maybe have him either beat up or just not show up and do a tag match with Roman, Jimmy & Solo vs KO, Sami & Cody at the Chamber?

Sami vs. Roman at EC. Jimmy and Solo cost him the match and beat down afterwards. Owens returns and saves Sami. Sets up Usos vs. Sami and Owens at Mania.
Then you can even set up the Usos breakup there. Jimmy wants to cheat. Jey doesn't and they lose. Then in the postmatch Jey stops the beatdown.
Jey finally gets his win against Roman at Summerslam.

I don’t think we are appreciating enough the fact that Cody Rhodes is main evening Wrestlemania. He was never, and I mean never, going to main event Wrestlemania. He had to request his release, wrestle in the indies, sellout a 10,000 attendance capacity independent show that no one said was possible (Meltzer included), create a new wrestling brand and promotion, have it succeed, drive his personal brand to new heights, leave that promotion and come back to wwe to be look at as Wrestlemania Main Event talent. This might be the greatest story told of how someone had to fight to main event a wrestlemania on his terms. This journey is unprecedented.
