I'm watching a Nitro with Tony's podcast and something occurred to me. We never got Randy Savage v Rick Rude after Memphis. How great would Rude v face Savage w/Liz be. Ooooooof.

Replace Jake and Cheryl Roberts with Randy and Liz and you have feud of the year in 1988. Not that I didn't like the Jake/Rude feud, but Savage as the WWF champion would have been more intense. |

The Jake/Rude feud never had a culmination, we got a 15 minute boring ass match at Mania 4, then they never wrestled at Summerslam. Why did that match never happen? Instead we got Jake vs Hercules and Rude vs JYD?? Why?
By the time we could've gotten Rude/Savage, both were heels. I wish they would've teamed at least, on a SNME or something. That would've been amazing.

I saw Candido wrestle Delirious at one of my first Indy shows for IWA just a few months before he died. Part of me was hoping he would bust out a Blonde Bombshell, but then i realized I was at a National Guard Armory with 60 other people and why in the fuck would Candido break that move out in early 2005?
