Gresham & Alexander did a double pin in the main event and the crowd was kinda flat for it. But then Santana from LAX came out and interrupted a Gresham/Bandido straredown

I kinda want to check out GCW in the Hammerstein Ballroom tomorrow. Pretty stacked card and it’s the hottest ticket in town for a wrestling show in quite a while it seems.

The deathmatch stuff is still too much for me, but they seem like they've gotten away from that a bit. Which is nice.

Just a shit show of a match filled with run ins. So many to the point the crowd died. Here’s the recap…
Chelsea low blowed Broski but it was a swerve and he had a cup on
Mark Sterling showed up and brought out Vince…Virgil, who did nothing.
Swoggle showed up and posted Joey, but Swoggle got flattened by Sam Stackhouse, who is a giant fat guy. He missed a moonsault though.
Marko Stunt showed up and laid out Swoggle with a chair. Janela & Marko put Swoggle & Broski through dueling door/tables.
Chelsea took out Marko with a belt shot and Destroyer.

Brian Myers speared Joey through a door dressed as Edge in the motorcycle helmet.
Rough Ryder through another door won it for Broski
Crowd littered the ring with trash post match until Sean Waltman showed up and laid out the Major Brothers.
You could do a tag with Joey & Kid vs Major Bros next. I’m surprised it’s taken Myers this long to show up. Bet he’s marking out like crazy being in Hammerstein

Mance Warner showed up for a feel good moment. Atticus Cogar interrupted and beat him & Matthew Justice up with his Allies of Attius.
Lights went out
Bill Alfonso & Sabu showed up and laid out the heels with a chair. Sabu just stood there with his face mask on and left as Fonzie celebrated with Justice & Mancer.
Sabu had zero interest in being there lol

Ruby wins off the detonation kick. Crowd dug the match but hated the finish. They dug the post match hug.
Real good match. Maybe I liked it a lot more since it’s been like 90 minutes since the last actual wrestling match. Joey & Cardona went what felt like 8 hours.

Gage & Tremont win the titles in 5 and a half minutes after what might’ve been a fuck up by either the ref or Briscoe not kicking out in time. Kind of a lackluster main event.
There was virtually no blood on this show and the weapons were kept to your standard chairs, ladders & doors instead of tables.
Locker room emptied post match to celebrate with beers.
Fun show (minus the Janela/Cardona circus) but it wasn’t a blow away by any means. This wasn’t the historic show I’m sure they were hoping for. Happy for these lunatics for selling it out though.
