Its a dick move to do that to the current head coach. Its not everyday that you hire a coach when you already have a coach and for the owners to completely ignore their entire front office as well when doing so

The way it went down was VERY un-Wisconsinlike. I agree on him being a bad coach. Didn't run a play the 1st month of the season. Sophomoric stunts on the sidelines with his spilling his drink and all. I really don't think he did a damn thing to get that team into the playoffs. The veterans just got it together in time. Hand picks Lawrence Frank, and then throws him under the damn bus and off the bench. Tries to take every upper management position in the company.
