A new tweet says that someone that saw it well said the guy was walking over to confront him on a caution lap and he hit the gas but accidentally fish tailed right into the guy and launched him. I dont even know what you call that....aggrivated involountary manslaughter?

That is what I would gather. Sounds like its only a matter of time before they confirm this kid didn't make it. Smoke will probably never drive again unless there is glaringly clear video evidence that he didn't see this guy at all.

17 years old. Tony really really did something horribly stupid if these eyewitness accounts are true.

Kevin got out of his car. … He was throwing his arms up all over the place at Tony for most of the corner.
"I know Tony could see him. I know how you can see out of these cars. When Tony got close to him, he hit the throttle. When you hit a throttle on a sprint car, the car sets sideways. It set sideways, the right rear tire hit Kevin, Kevin was sucked underneath and was stuck under it for a second or two and then it threw him about 50 yards."

There is a little money in it but he does it for competition and because all he does is race and eat and race and eat and race and eat. He owns his own dirt track and does this kind of racing all the time just to race more.

Messed up that grown ass NASCAR driver was getting tangled up with a kid under 25. The kid doesn't have bank to fix a trashed car. I'd be fucking pissed too if some rich fuck wrecked me.

Although the rev of the engine at the end doesn't help.

Fucking stupid. Especially on this type of track. I used to watch these egomaniacs go crazy. My first actual fight was at twelve, when I removed an empty beer bottle going towards my driver's head. That was 1990. It's also why I could give a fuck about most racing.

That is a steep bank to walk down for a guy who just got rolled and slammed into the wall. I don't think he did it on purpose. I think he was assuming the guy would stop well short of the car like every other hot head that approaches a car that wrecked them.
...and he is racing today.
