So I've spent about 15 minutes here and there is much I rather like (I'm logged in when I showed up to the board! The toolbar at the top to toggle between pages! The menu!) and there is much I'm still playing with but here's my first suggestion, if possible:
The other board had a 'view unread posts' option. I see we can view recent posts and view recent threads but I do not see the option I'm talking about.
Can that be done? I'll hang up and listen to the answer.

Not the biggest travesty if it can't be done, but it was an option that I used a lot.

Actually, no one of import is responding, so I'll just toss out there this. The mwsfffmb team seems pretty open to its community's thoughts. Notice the working search function. If it can be done beni has reason to believe it will be done. So help someone else's doG.

You know what is weird is the "Like" button. Highly functional as to avoid the +1 type responses. It just seems to facebooky. Not really a bad thing, just a creepy feeling thing if that makes any sense. Could just be me being an older gentleman and not used to these new age things kids do now.

Apparently the best you can do is the recent posts. I suggested it to the guys who do the coding to see if they can add it in so we'll see. |
