I couldn't remember if we had a thread but I didn't see one. It's high time I step up my game and start watching this show religiously.
kesha, remind me it's on this weekend if I somehow forget. I'm willing to say that 1 hour of ROH may in fact have more actual bell to bell televised action than 3 hours of Raw.

ROH 12/20
Segment 1
No Wrestle 4:52
Wrestle 3:28
Roderick Strong vs. Papadon. Strong defeats the debuting Greek God. Most of the 4:52 Non Wrestling was their entrances so that was cool. No promo to open the show. Kevin Kelly and Steve Corino stayed pretty much on point throughout. No ridiculous "Vince-type" shit.
* Liked how they flashed on screen the name of the song Strong came out to.
* LOVE the Tale of the Tape
* Noticed the mat is INCREDIBLY LOUD. I'll have to get used to that.
* The up close camera angles can be a bit dizzying but offer a unique perspective

Segment 2No Wrestle 3:55 Wrestle 6:21 Hanson vs. Michael Elgin - No contest at 6:21 as all hell breaks loose as Elgin put Hanson through a table out on the floor from the ring apron. This match was extreme physicality but these two can hit a few moves as well! Ok, I'm hooked. This shit is great. Over 10 minutes without commercial interruption. Completely held my attention. And even the 3:55 of Non Wrestling was still part of the "wrestling process" I'll call it. (Entrances, bit of smack talk, after match) * "What" chants when Elgin talked some smack at the beginning of the match.  * Inexplicable use of crepe paper during wrestler entrances * Not sure if the turnbuckles could possible be any bigger * Announcer referring to Hanson: "Bad son of a bitch" Yep, this is my kind of fed

Will Ferrera & Caprice Coleman defeat the Brutal Burgers team of Bob Evans and Isiah Thomas. Very sloppy match. I guess this crepe paper thing is just gonna happen every entrance.
But once again not a single minute was wasted. Entrances, wrestling, after match dust up. Announcers never started joking or giggling at Vince fart jokes throughout the match.
And next week we get Brian Kendrick vs. Adam Cole!!

Second commercial break of the main but I have no problem with it. I'm sure their ad slots are highest during the main event and they have to take advantage of it. Still went an impressive 6:37 uninterrupted. Not even bad to take a break during such an intense No DQ match either. You almost need a break.
Cedric Alexander & Tommaso Ciampa are tearing it up. This is rather spectacular to be honest.

Main event went 13:33 in total. EXCELLENT main event. BRUTAL No DQ match but not some bush league spots that could kill someone.
Nice added touch of ROH having the ghost of Chris Farley referee this match.
Seems like the wrestlers hate the crepe paper. I'm missing something there.
WOW! MAN! I'm telling you, this shit is fresh! What a delight. Wrestlers wrestle. Announcers call a match. The crowd is into it.
I can't think of one wasted minute on that show. I think I'm gonna dig this.

This week we will see 2 huge main events in 1 hour!
We start off with former Ring of Honor World Champion Adam Cole facing off with the amazing Brian Kendrick. Kendrick looking to get his name back in the minds of fans and he could not have picked a better opponent to kick things off!! The brash Adam Cole is looking to add an ROH legend to his list of victories. Does Cole have the tools to defeat the veteran or can Kendrick prove to still be one step ahead of the cocky former champion?
Our main event features ROH World & New Japan Pro Wrestling Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly defending against Former 8 Time Champions The Briscoe Brothers, The Addiction, Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian and a new tag team, ACH & #Reborn Matt Sydal in the finals of Tag Wars 2014.
This match will be elimination style. The champions definitely have the odds stacked against them. Could you see the challengers all focus on destroying the champions and eliminating them first? Can the champions maintain focus with so many opponents coming at them at the same time? One thing is for sure, the tag team division in Ring of Honor is the best in the world. Can the champions retain and enter 2015 with a big victory? Tune in this week and find out!

Total time of match was 10:41. Pretty good match. Not match of the year candidate or anything but kept your attention. Kendrick gave Cole a lot of shine.
