They would be better off just playing music. Bill is going to scream and yell and rile up the listeners and then he is going to be Bernstein lite and scold them for being meatballs.
There are only a few topics they should touch on today.
1. Fixing the special teams from the top down. The players need to play but the players need to be prepared to play as well. They were not prepared for that fake FG. AJ was on an island of choose your own death on that play. This is probably the only unit that looked outmatched and outcoached every week of the entire season and therefore you can discuss this unit without being clouded with the anger from yesterday. The blocked kicks should have sealed Slocums fate and there were no blocked kicks yesterday. The average starting field position on kickoffs has to be one of the worst in the league as well. He has been on the shit list for years anyways. They didn't bring Zooker in to assist him for no reason. That is a 1 foot out the door move by a team that does not turn over staff. I want the Ohio State special teams coach. Holy shit did they cover kicks like madmen and their ingenious high kickoff to the 5 yard line forced a return while allowing the coverage team to be in their face by the 15 yd line.
2. This brewers trade. We need some info on what they are getting back. The Rangers like to sell their prospects high when they are overrated.
3. Larry Sanders wants to get focused on his career. Would someone just go and kick this guys ass already. Is Ben Wallace around to come in on a 10 day contract to practice with the team and beat the shit out of him?
