Was the last moment of live tv before Mania really Reigns doing his jar jar binks hair flip while stealing the belt from Brock? Hopefully I just imagined that mess.

They were having a tug of war with the belt. I don't know if the noise was piped in or real but when Reigns had the belt to himself he was booed rather loudly.

So the monster and the behemoth face are going to play tug of war? How does that get anyone fired up for Mania? The Axelmania segment was better than that shit.

I'm sort of hoping that Sheamus wins the IC Title just to watch the crowd absolutely shit on the rest of Mania.

I'm thrilled. Sure he more than likely would've beaten Mir in a third fight, but then he would've been steamrolled by other heavyweights. Less grueling schedule seeing as he only wrestles a handful of times a year. Hopefully that number gets bumped up now that he's resigned. Hopefully we'll see him wrestle people new. Brock/Orton or Brock/Bryan.
Also makes you wonder about the Mania main event. I'm worried about Rollins & that briefcase.

Good read on it: Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar will not be returning to the UFC after re-signing a new multiyear contract with the WWE on Monday, thus officially ending his career inside the Octagon. Lesnar was due to enter free agency next week after his final scheduled appearance for World Wrestling Entertainment, and rumors have swirled for months that he was considering a return to the UFC when his contract was up. Lesnar appeared on ESPN's "SportsCenter" on Tuesday night, where he broke the news that he has opted to remain with WWE and will not return to the UFC again. "It was a very hard decision for me. The fighter inside of me wants to compete. I'm an older caveman now, so I make wiser caveman decisions. So I'm here to say that my legacy in the Octagon is over," Lesnar said. "My legacy this Sunday in WrestleMania will not be my last. It was a hard decision to make. It took me a year to make. At the end of the day, it's all about me wanting to have fun." Lesnar revealed that he actually has spent the past few months back in MMA training for a potential return to the UFC, but when push came to shove he began to question why exactly he was plotting a comeback to MMA. Lesnar left the UFC in 2011 after back-to-back losses to Cain Velasquez and Alistair Overeem, and the bad taste of defeat continued to haunt him even during the following years while he was on top of the pro wrestling world as one of the biggest stars of WWE. "For the last two months I've been training, I've been training to get back in the Octagon. I felt physically great, but something lacked mentally," Lesnar revealed. "That's not good. I talked to (UFC president) Dana (White), I talked to (CEO) Lorenzo (Fertitta), I talked to my wife, I talked to my friends. I had many sleepless nights on what to do. At the end of the day, it weighed heavily in my heart I was born to be an entertainer. I have fun doing it. "I could go back to the Octagon -- what am I going to gain? I was the UFC heavyweight champion of the world. Due to my illness my career got cut short, and that's God's telling you it's time to move on. As years went by it wore on me so much that the fighter inside of me didn't want it to end that way. I didn't want to leave the UFC on a losing streak. That's just the competitive guy inside me." Before signing his new deal, Lesnar says he went to UFC 184 last month in Los Angeles to get the feeling of what it was like to be at a fight one last time just to see if he was in the right place to potentially compete again or not. In the end, his body was in perfect shape to fight again, but his mind had other ideas. "You can't force somebody to get into the cage and fight. That's not the business," Lesnar said. "That's where I was. Was my heart and my head really into it? What are the reasons I want to get in there? Because I don’t like the way it ended or really what is it? "At the end of the day, I'm really happy where I'm at with the WWE. On Monday night, Lesnar appeared in Los Angeles as part of WWE's "Monday Night Raw" program as a prelude to his match this Sunday night at Levi's Stadium for the main event at WrestleMania. He sat down with WWE owner Vince McMahon, and the two sides were able to come to an agreement on a new multiyear contract to keep Lesnar in the squared circle. With WWE, Lesnar works a limited schedule with only so many appearances contracted throughout any given calendar year. The schedule allows Lesnar to spend time at home with his wife and kids and not be on the road for the majority of the year like most professional wrestlers. It was a tough decision according to Lesnar, but he's very satisified with his choice to remain with the WWE. "The older you get, the wiser you become and I didn't want to be that guy that retired and came back. So there was a lot of different things that went through my mind. This was a long, heartfelt decision. You weigh out the pros, you weigh out the cons," Lesnar said. "Last night, old Vince McMahon put on the offer on the table that I couldn't refuse. It really comes down to business and money and health and well being, I've been on both sides of the spectrum. I've been in a bad position with my health. I've been in a bad position with my money. Now I'm in a great position with both and I'm happy. I love what I'm doing. I work part time with full time pay like everybody wants but you can't have. Just me. So I'm happy." Lesnar, who turns 38 this year, promises that at this point his best choice was to remain with WWE and put his career in the UFC behind him for good. "I'm officially closing the door on MMA," Lesnar said. "It was hard. I re-signed last night with the WWE. We came to a conclusion last night. The offer on the table, I just could not refuse." www.foxsports.com/ufc/story/brock-lesnar-signs-new-deal-with-wwe-will-not-return-to-the-ufc-032415

Does this mean Jar Jar Swat Team won't do his stupid super man punch and win the belt? Certainly increases that possibility you would think. I love Brock but I'd like to see him as more of an attraction without the belt. If anybody doesn't need the belt, it's Brock. And the belt certainly doesn't need Brock for that matter. He's never around, never wrestles, and the belt is never seen or talked about. All that said, I'm not really clamoring for Reigns to get it. Rollins on the other hand.........

Bummed I'll never get to root for Brock in a legit fight again. Sounds like he really weighed all his optiond and put a ton of thought into this. He's one smart dude.
With that said. I absolutely love Lesnar and this signing has kept me from completely not caring about the "E." IMO, every match he has been in since he came back has been pretty much outstanding. With this news, Brock is FULL on babyface in this fight now. Any heelish things he does will just be cheered more. I don't like to take Heyman away from Brock, but I do see Reigns winning with thr Heyman interference. They could go on to destroy him post-match. Keep him out of action for a couple of months. So then we can have him come back to get his belt at SummerSlam or earlier. Maybe you even have D-Bry run out and make a save to set up a short mini-feud for Bryan to try and win the belt from Reigns...maybe he does at some point and that's when Rollins strikes. Could do Rollins-D Bry-Lesnar at Summerslam and have heel Reigns take on Cena. Just a thought. I just hope we see Lesnar at 5-6 PPVs over the next year.

You almost forget he's almost 38. I always think he's like 33-34. This is a lot smarter for his health.
He's always going to be the beast, even without the title. If anything it makes it more believable against guys you wouldn't expect him to wrestle against. If he remains on this 4-5 matches a year schedule, I don't want to see him wasted in constant rematches with Reigns & Cena. Like he said, he's not getting any younger, new faces to wrestle against.
I'm not looking forward to Reigns/Lesnar the match, I'm looking forward to Reigns/Lesnar the aftermath. How will they go ahead with this? If they pull the trigger on Reigns, it shouldn't be on the April PPV. The ending of Mania needs to keep people subscribed to this fucking Network. Something huge needs to happen & Reigns winning the title as a babyface isn't going to do it.

I like the idea of continuing Brock's Reign. He goes from defeating the streak to getting the belt and destroying Cena and now he can destroy Reigns.
Thn you can have Rollins cash in Monday or sometime and be oh so close to winning but have Sheamus or someone you want to have just a serious amount of heat on interfere and cost him the belt. Then have Reigns fight and claw until SS or Mania next year and ultimately get the belt.

That way Lesnar loses the belt in a non-traditional, somewhat tainted finish. It wouldn't hurt him at all. Then you have Brock and Heyman vs. The Authority and Rollins over the course of the summer? Oh shit, Summer of Brock! Lets do this!

If you keep Brock off TV for a few months, presumably until Summerslam, you would absolutely need Rollins to cash in & beat Reigns to end Mania. They could have Reigns beat Brock (ugh), Heyman say that luckily he prepared for such an event even though he never thought it would happen. Enter Plan B. Rollins cashes in & Heyman leaves with him, even leaving a downed Brock in the dust.
Heyman, now with Rollins, is with the Guy who defeated the Guy who defeated the Beast. Haha, anything to keep that long sentence going. Have him be with Rollins until Lesnar returns, you know he'll be a face. You could have Reigns come in & interrupt saying that it's his title & Brock get in his face with their whole "unfinished business".
Have Rollins have a new heater, even if sadly it's Sheamus (again, I think it should be Barrett). Have Reigns/Sheamus (Barrett) fight for a bit while Rollins defends his title against Orton or others. You can fill time before Brock comes back. Brock/Rollins boom.

I do like the idea of Brock/Heyman vs The Authority. They need to completely overhaul The Authority though. Kane & Show need to get the boot. J&J are fantastic stooges. There needs to be new fresh heels to be involved in the program.
The same old tag matches (Kane/Show/Rollins vs ?) are boring as shit.

Wade Keller has been killing Triple H on Twitter for like the last hour. Why? Best I can tell is that it started with this quote in a USA Today article: Triple H: I got in the ring for the first time the other day and fell down for the first time and it felt like my body exploded when I landed. It takes a little bit. You can train, but its one of those things where ‘experts’ of our business that have never done it will say ‘oh if they gave guys time off it would be better for them’ or whatever, but it’s honestly, having done this for 20 plus years — time off is your worst enemy. It really is, it makes it so much harder to do this. ftw.usatoday.com/2015/03/wwe-triple-h-sting-interview-wrestlemania-31

The E:60 focusing on NXT trailer looks great! It'll be funny to see how much they have Vince talk about it, seeing how little he knows/cares about NXT. From the look of the trailer, looks like they shot footage quite a while ago down in Orlando.

Fantasy booking:
They could go with Brock wins at mania, Rollins cashes in and wins WITH Reigns' help. Which turns Reigns heel and Brock face. Paul E is already so over, he could be a face manager, it doesn't matter. Just keep on doing what he does. Reigns joins the Authority and protects Champ Rollins until Summer Slam. Rollins could face Orton, Cena, Ziggler, Sandow...etc. Brock goes through the Authority and wins so at SS, there is some type of special Stip to keep it one on one and Brock finally destroys Rollins to win the belt back. Brock then holds the strap and fights the Authority and whomever else they throw at him in the long term. It doesn't always have to be Face vs. Heel every time. You are then set for at least a year.
Maybe in a year, Reigns will be ready to be the man.

Fans tuning into the WWE Hall of Fame will see a pretty big change this year. PWInsider.com has learned that for the first time in many years, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler is not slated to be the host of the evening. PWInsider has learned that WWE Diva Eva Marie is slated to be the official host of the Hall of Fame.
Umm....

Renee would've been a perfect choice. I feel bad for Eva actually, they're setting her up to get just destroyed. If there's one thing wrestling fans are known for, it's taking it easy on talent they're not fond of.

In an interview with the Chad Dukes Wrestling Show, Kevin Owens revealed that he would like Adam Cole or Cedric Alexander to join the NXT roster. Here are highlights:
On who he’d like to see join NXT: “I feel like Adam Cole would be a great addition to NXT, a guy like Cedric Alexander also would be really good but they’d all have to come through me first and that won’t work out that good… I’m open to a challenge from anyone, including Samoa Joe, I’ll just put that one out there.”
On his time in NXT so far: “I was so excited to sign with WWE because it’s been my dream since I was a kid and I was 11 years old when I first saw WrestleMania and knew that’s what I had to do in life. It took a while to get here but now that I am here I’m not going to wait in line or do anything by the book. I took the bull by the horns as they say and two months after my debut I’m the NXT champion. So it’s going pretty well so far, it’s a really special feeling to be part of something that’s growing and that people are so excited about. To be at the forefront of it because I’m the champion makes it even better.”
On Brock Lesnar: “As a fan, him re-signing is incredibly exciting. As a competitor, it’s even better because of the chance of getting to be in that ring with him one day is something that motivates me. I’ve been a Brock Lesnar fan since the first time I saw him. I was there when he made his debut in Montreal, the night after WrestleMania 18 and from the get go I was like, ‘this guy’s awesome.’ I even named my dog Brock as a tribute, whatever you wanna call it, so I’m a big fan of his. The fact that he’s gonna be sticking around here for a while and gonna do great things with WWE is exciting all around but yeah I’d love to be in the ring with him.”

Michael Cole announced on “WrestleMania Today” that the second annual Andre the Giant memorial battle royal has been moved to the two-hour WWE Network pre-show prior to WrestleMania 31.
The highly anticipated battle royal will join a fatal 4-way WWE Tag Team Championship match on the pre-show.
While there was no reason given for why the match was moved off the main card, it’s very likely the outcome of the battle royal will lead to a singles bout being added to WrestleMania 31.
The Miz and Damien Mizdow were a part of the “WrestleMania Today” segment where Michael Cole made the announcement, so it’s very possible the highly anticipated break-up between the two could go down this Sunday as many fans were hoping.

F4WOnline.com is reporting that Sheamus has been scripted into this Sunday’s WrestleMania pay-per-view, but doesn’t specify what his role will be in the show.
One rumored idea that has been circulating is to have Sheamus somehow added to the Intercontinental Championship ladder match as the eighth man. Another obvious idea is to have him enter (and possibly win) the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal as a surprise entrant.
This is just speculation, but another option could be to have Sheamus interfere in the U.S. title match between Rusev and John Cena, or perhaps make the save for Cena after the match. Rusev and Mark Henry were the storyline Superstars that put him on the shelf for the last 4.5 months, so a program between the two – presumably for the U.S. title if Cena doesn’t win the match – could kick off at WrestleMania.
