This Demott stuff has gotten even worse. I think there's now 3 former NXT talents, maybe 4 who have came out saying the fucked up stuff Demott has done. Ryan Nemeth, who was Briley Pierce (Zigglers brother), has also confirmed all of this stuff on Twitter as well. Smacking guys in the head who are possibly concussed (smacked Enzo Amore in the face and told him to go kill himself). Fuck that guy. WWE won't do anything about it I'm sure, but to sweep this under the rug is pretty messed up.
Chris Jericho defended Demott, tweeting "@billdemott is a good friend & great trainer. If u can't handle it then quit. My training at #HartBrothers camp was 10,000 times worse!" It's since been deleted.
EC3 responded to it saying "I love/sacrificed for pro wrestling. A Hart can stretch me any day. A know nothing dips--t slapping me when I'm concussed is different." He then went awesome EC3-Mode and turned his next tweets about bullying in wrestling about his feud with Spud.
Wonder how many more guys will speak up?

Bill DeMott's Twitter:
I deny the recent allegations made about me, however, to avoid any embarrassment or damage to the WWE, I've decided to step down from my role effective immediately.

Slapping Enzo in the face? That's not cool, in fact that's S..A..W..F..T. But seriously, fuck that guy.
He stepped down "from his role" so he's still employed right? That's bullshit if he still is.

Looks like Matt Bloom is replacing him. Unsure if that's on an interim or long term basis.

I copy and paste this for two reasons. One, it's news Cena would consider a heel turn. Two, the drizzling shits would have called this heel turn the drizzling shits.
- Boston rap artist Esoteric, who featured on Cena’s rap album in 2005, appeared on The Asked Show this week to promote his upcoming Czarface 2 album. During the interview, which you can watch below, Esoteric was asked about his longtime friendship with John Cena. Esoteric said that John Cena fought for a heel turn about 5 years ago. Esoteric says he assisted Cena write the angle, which would have seen Cena return to his “Dr. of Thuganomics” battle rap persona. However, the angle was shot down by WWE creative. Esoteric also spoke about writing several of the battle raps John Cena used in 2002 – 2003, including Cena’s first ever rap, and his Undertaker disses.

Josh Mathews Says Vince McMahon “Doesn’t Get It Anymore”
TNA announcer Josh Mathews recently appeared on the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast, which you can check out at this link.
During the interview, Mathews talked about TNA vs WWE, his release from WWE, and having to break old WWE habits. Examples he gave included having a hard time saying “belt” and “wrestling,” two terms he was not allowed to say in WWE.
With regards to Vince McMahon’s use of the phrase “Sports Entertainment” on the Steve Austin podcast, Mathews had the following to say:
“I just look at it as someone who doesn’t get it anymore, and who has lost so much touch with what his product is. [He] didn’t like anything else that was going on so he literally created his own universe. I mean, that’s what they called it the ‘Universe,’ because he created it and he lives in that bubble.”

- In a video that you can watch below, independent wrestler Hannibal described a bizarre incident Bill DeMott was involved with while he was the Deep South Wrestling trainer. DSW used to be the training area for WWE talent.
Hannibal described an incident he called the “naked jelly donut stinkface” story. Luke Gallows (Drew Hackinson, Festus, Fake Kane) was completely naked in the ring for a long period of time. He gave naked stinkfaces to Zack Ryder and female wrestlers Melissa Coates while DeMott held jelly donuts over their faces. The talent agreed to do this (with the other talent encouraging them) to get out of regular training for that day. DSW was shut down by WWE a few months later.

I read that earlier. He's been gleefully tweeting out negative responses on Twitter ever since. That column is probably the most controversial thing he's said in the last decade. He sure picked a weird time to stick his neck out.

"Homophobic slurs are just part of gym life. So deal with it fags."
The thoughts from JR aren't surprising. They'll be on his show for the next 3 months though.

According to F4WOnline.com, former WWE Executive Vice President of Talent relations John Laurinaitis will be inducting The Bushwhackers into the WWE Hall of Fame this year.
Back in the days of Championship Wrestling in Florida, Laurinaitis got his first big break in wrestling acting as the flag holder for The Bushwhackers when they were then known as The Sheepherders.

Johnny Ace gets the nod because he carried a flag for them? That'll go over great.
The Bushwhackers good buddy Jameson volunteered, but no one cared. It's sad.

They haven't allowed a state ward on the Hall of Fame stage since Lita. She's got the fake cans, so he has zero chance. I actually saw Jamison for the first time in twenty years last weekend. Apparently turning tricks at the Marietta, GA Citgo isn't as lucrative as one would think. I still let him clean my windshield. Dummy thought I was going to tip him.

JR takes a much different stance on the Oklahoma fraternity racism story. I guess the "old-school" defense only works for gay slurs and general bullying assholery.

Posted by PWMania.com Staff on 03/09/2015 - WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has a new blog on his website jrsbarbq.com where he clarifies his recent comments on the Bill DeMott controversy. Here’s part of what Ross wrote about DeMott: “Perhaps because my lack of writing expertise or maybe some simply wanted to believe what they chose to believe regarding what I wrote in my last blog about former WWE NXT Head Coach Bill DeMott so I will attempt to clarify my stance on this matter. Firstly, I do not endorse the old school method of coaching whether it be on an athletic field, the gym or in pro wrestling classes. I do believe in pushing students to improve in all areas of their game and their presentation and to challenge them to achieve every thing that they envision earning as it relates to their career. The physical and mental toughness that is required to be a successful pro wrestler can be ascertained during drills and other exercises in the camp quite easily. Most talent evaluators can determine rather quickly, as in a few days, if someone has what it takes to thrive and grow in most pro wrestling camps. I do not endorse any type of bigoted or bullying behavior in any walk of life and not just in sports or entertainment. How could any reasonable person embrace such behavior? Many people have taken me to task about what I wrote recently about Bill DeMott and some reacted very callously and with no respect, apparently not practicing what they preach. Many of these people I’ve answered and very few have I ‘blocked’ even though their expressing themselves was often times hurtful. Social media is a strange animal. I blogged about an idea aka fantasy booking about Ronda Rousey facing Stephanie McMahon at WM32 simply as an idea off the top of my head that I thought, and still do, that would be intriguing especially if played out over time and with the villain, Steph, loading the deck in her favor to prove that Ms McMahon is the alpha female in the ring and not Rousey. I stand behind that idea because I feel that fans will line up to support Ronda and likewise to see Stephanie get what is perceived that she has coming to her. For this ‘fantasy booking’ I was treated by many with defiance and disrespect and as if I had no clue about booking simply because I’m 63 and “the times have passed you by” stance. Trust me, I have a full grasp of the wrestling business in a multitude of areas plus age discrimination is just as insensitive as any other strain. When I said in the DeMott blog that some of today’s youth feel entitled and defiant at times, this Rousey-Stephanie example alone exemplifies that point or so it seems to me. All young people aren’t defiant or suffer from entitlement but I will argue that many do and are, at times, challenging to coach. Again, no excuse to abuse them. Again, being defiant or feeling entitled gives no one a free pass to exercise abuse in any form. Bigotry and discrimination must die or it will continue to decay our society. Once all the facts come in and this matter is thoroughly investigated, if Bill DeMott is guilty of the many allegations that have popped up then Bill needed to step away from his role, as he has, and re-evaluate his philosophies and reassess his professional approach to coaching future pro wrestlers if that is what he pursues.” Read more: www.pwmania.com/jim-ross-clarifies-his-recent-comments-on-the-bill-demott-controversy#ixzz3TvmemrDc

According to PWInsider.com, WWE recently registered the old Kliq hand gesture for merchandising.
The belief is that the company is “taking aim” at popular New Japan Pro Wrestling faction, The Bullet Club, who uses the hand gesture as well as other mannerisms and sayings from the Kliq, nWo and Degeneration X. The Young Bucks even have multiple shirts for sale at prowrestlingtees.com featuring the “too sweat” gesture.
