I guess I'm mostly ok with them hitting the reset and going all in on the secondary belts. It's a shame Rusev was a victim of it but whatever. If they're gonna do this I sure hope they get away from the IC/US Champs losing every non title match they're involved in.
Additionally, I'd like to see a TV Title.

I like elevating the titles. I don't think you need guys at Cena and DB level. However, the titles could be looked at as a real thing in a year or so. Good thing. No need for the TV title in WWE. It was great back in the day, but doesn't translate today.

Are you an advocate for unifying the secondary titles?

Are you an advocate for unifying the secondary titles? No. I want to try this current experiment. The obvious benefit to this would be only two titles, making the (assuming) IC Title very important.

If there's no TV Title, how can someone like Axel, Bo Dallas etc...... get ahead? With Cena & Bryan holding the two belts, they've elevated those belts higher than half the roster could reasonably be expected to aspire to.

I understand why they are using Cena & Bryan, but I hope they don't dominate. If all Cena is going to do is steamroll guys on the roster (yes, I realize who I'm talking about), sure it elevates the title making it more important, but they need legit threats. Have Cena get laid out once & a while to build a feud up. Like I mentioned before, have him drop the title to Ziggler or hell even Harper (give him a f'n storyline!). Have Cena chase for a month or 2 and regain it. You build more threats that way.
Sure the past 2 weeks have been solid matches for the US title & I have no reason for them not to be any time soon, but unless a legit threat comes out of it, how can you elevate guys if they lose every week. Which has been there biggest problem.

With Cena & Bryan holding the two belts, they've elevated those belts higher than half the roster could reasonably be expected to aspire to. They won't. Vince doesn't care about Dallas anymore, which is depressing & Axel is getting so over on his own, they're too stupid to do anything but job him out. He lost to Truth this week on Superstars, yes the same R-Truth who had a spot on the WrestleMania card. Ugh, that still annoys me.
First thing you see when you go onto WWEShop.com, the first graphic, "Get Your AxelMania shirt!" I loved seeing that.
Same could be said for Fandango too. Like it or not, he was primed to be the next IC champ before his concussion. Was out for a while, came back & went nowhere. Adding Rosa Mendes only drops you down the roster. He's another dude who is incredibly talented, but once Vince loses interest, you're fucked.

I want to see this current setup continue as well. I'm against a unification. There's just way too much upper end talent for just two top belts in my opinion.

I hear ya. I just think a guy like Neville right now would be an incredible choice as a TV Title champ kind of guy. I really think they need that belt for those kind of guys. (Don't get me wrong, I think Neville will be completely worth of a higher belt at some point, but for now, if they had the TV Title it would be perfect.) I know in some thread I laid out a list of like 26 guys that were worthy of either one of the secondary belts or the big strap. That leaves a staggering list of guys above somebody like Axel, which in turn pretty much leaves them nothing to do.

I also wonder if they're kinda copying NJPW by putting such mega-stars, mega-gods, god-gods(Nakamura) in possession of the secondary title.

Yeah I agree, having a TV title would give those guys something worth fighting for. They're just filler match guys more often than not, which is sad for some of those guys.

If you bring back the TV title, then you could also [JR Voice On]bring back a time limit in matches[/JR voice Off] and then get the match going hot and heavy, have the time limit expire. Champ keeps the belt, nobody is hurt by it and set up a PPV match to elevate someone.

LOVE time limit matches. Such a perfect way to keep guys looking strong and in many cases even stronger!

That is one of the very few things I really liked about WCW. Hearing Penzer or Gary Michael Cappetta say "The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 10 minute time limit"

Yep.
Time limit draws are missed in championship matches on tv.
