Its going to happen. He has been getting more and more irritated at the Brewers' inability to execute this simple fundamental baseball skill with any repeated success. I remember that play with 2 on and 1 out when they got doubled up on the botched bunt/incorrect signal. That is losing baseball. That crap can not fly. I had the volume down low on the post game presser but RRR did not seem to be too phased by it. He just said it was a missed sign....it happens.
The Pack has reunited with Lovat. Hopefully he can keep them a remarkably healthy as last year.

What is Roenicke supposed to say, is he supposed to go Price and probably get suspended? I truly don't get what people want out of him. People want him to light players up in the dugout or at the pressers, it does not happen anymore. Those managers are not managing anymore, and players are not wanting to play for that guy either.

Who missed the sign and what exactly was it? I had the audio off so I could study but I was watching. Was it a take and steal or a hit and run? It looked like a brutal bunt and gomez thinking it was going foul and dogging it to get back but I know that wasn't the case...it just looked like that with the audio off.
Assuming it was Peralta that missed it you are in a no win situation. You can't pull him because he is throwing a shutout as the starter and its the 5th inning. I probably would have like to see him RR voice some frustration with the inability to execute simple fundamentals, say that its unacceptable and that its losing baseball. He doesn't need to scream or drop f-bombs and act the fool. If its any other player that misses a sign they are out of the game....just like Reynolds should have been sat down after not knowing how many outs there were last year.

It had to be Peralta, the other guys were on a dead steal and he was supposed to be swinging. So every time there is a mistake that player should be sat? You wouldn't have enough to finish the game.

Nah...you do this once maybe twice and it sends the intended message and gets the intended result. Castro got it last year and he seemed to clean up his mental act defensively after it.

Well, he's their top pitcher you fat blob. What else are you gonna do with him? Move him to the bullpen? Make him the closer?
