I can't disagree with you. I keep watching stuff from the attitude era and I know I will be told I look at the past with rose colored glasses, but good lord. It seemed like most matches had an actual buuld going into them with a small video piece before every match. Does that even happen anymore - other than maybe the main event? They don't even set the table very well for these matches. I am watching the pre-show right now and they have a Wyatt-Ryback video package. I don't think there was much build to this feud, but this little 2-3 minute deal makes it feel like there was something. It needs to be standard for them playing these videos before the matches again.
Do something to ENTERTAIN us tonight WWE writers. The in-ring talent carries the weight time and time again. Vince McMahon is so incredibly wrong on what the whole problem is. Its not the talent. Its the stories. One was the last time they gave us a true entertaining story from START to FINISH? I really can't remember. They fumbled the Sting-H story. I'll give them Lesnar-Cena, but you could argue that Lesnar-Cena didn't really have a finish for those two.
How many times have we said after a ppv that we had no expectations for that it was better than we thought it would be. And really, PPV's are mostly in-ring driven. Its the wrestlers that perform. The storywriters are supposed to get you to care to buy tickets/buy the network. Vince seriously needs to wake the fuck up. Its not the roster.
My hope tonight. Bray Wyatt wins with help from his Wyatt Family members. Bring them back. They clearly fucked up what they had going with them. The singles split was a utter failure due to not giving Luke Harper any direction. Bray continues to get booked to lose to everyone (with the exception of Dean Ambrose). They never really explored what the Wyatt's were attempting to do. Now Bray just rambles with no purpose. Put the fear of this group back into them tonight. Let's get them to start recruiting. Lets write something that is entertaining.

Didn't watch. Read about some of it. I'm very disenchanted these days. I may go on a 20,000 word Rant™ one of these days but it's doubtful. I hate almost every decision they make these days.

I saw Sheamus tore up Ziggler's head. Bray won against the big guy which had to happen to save that awesome character.

You know you have a shit product when people pay for the network and don't even watch the ppv.

Less than 2 months ago Rusev was undefeated and was 1/2 of the best thing going in the E. Fast forward and dude has like 4 losses and the split seems right around the corner.
I hate you, Vince.

I actually thought the whole card besides the I quit match was pretty decent. I marked out when the Shield reformed for a minute to put Orton through the table. I really can't stand how they're booking Rusev though!
