SummerFest was the most entertaining PPV in a long time. Of course the numbers sucked.
Arda Ocal @arda_ocal 57m Vince McMahon says that PPV is attraction driven, and Summerslam wasn't the right attraction; a "swing and a miss"

Bits and pieces from www.411mania.com/wrestling* - The online sale for the December 26th WWE live event in Chicago starts tomorrow, and the code is PUNK. CM Punk, Paul Heyman, Ryback, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton and The Wyatt Family are being locally advertised for the show. * - Jim Ross Blogs on Summerslam, The WWE Conference Call, Giving Away Too Much On TV, More Read more at www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/302447/Jim-Ross-Blogs-on-Summerslam,-The-WWE-Conference-Call,-Giving-Away-Too-Much-On-TV,-More.htm#zXTTlhPYBA11GU3e.99 * - The Hell in a Cell PPV drew an estimated 9,000 fans for a gate of approximately $500,000. The PPV took place at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL. * - WWE officials wont let Rey Mysterio come back until they feel his quadriceps muscle is strong enough. They don't want him to risk another injury by doing anything physical in the ring. This is why he hasn't returned even though he was involved in WWE's recent tour of Mexico. * - WWE is currently planning to turn Roman Reigns into a babyface and have him leave The Shield. WWE teased the idea on RAW this past Monday night during their backstage promo. Dean Ambrose pointed out that he was the only one with a title and Roman Reigns gave him an angry look. The face turn isn't expected to happen for the next several months. WWE still sees value in The Shield as a group, even though The Wyatt Family has moved into the main event picture against CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. * - Even though he eventually lost the match, Damien Sandow has received high praise backstage for his World Heavyweight Championship match with John Cena on RAW this past Monday. Vince McMahon is the one who made the decision to have Sandow cash in, due to the fact that RAW was competing with MLB and the NFL. And here's the new Kharma.

I can't even imagine who they would have him in the ring with.
Apparently everyone if its the RR but thats an easy event to put him in. The mania match though....
I would rather they give him a bag of coke and put him in Lawler's chair.

On a side note has anyone ask bob to join? Yes. He's traveling for work and doesn't want to join and ghost. He'll be around.

Cesaro swinging Hogan would be amazing. All the plastic parts would start to fall off with every rotation.

The team features WWE agent John Laurinaitis' son as one of the players. The team went on to lose by 36 points to their opponents. Flair stated, "This is a unique time in your lives. Enjoy it. Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno in NXT) has been released by WWE. That stinks. Wonder the reason - he was in development almost 2 years I think.

All Vince cares about is the bottom dollar on his ppv's. This frees him up to go to the new TNA when someone buys it.

I am sure he will - it will definitely bump his indy paydays and he won't lack for work. Just would have liked to see him on main roster. Although if they can fuck up with Cesaro I don't know that they would even know what to do with Hero.

TNA shouldn't think twice. Sign him now. But would he want to go?

Is TNA in the business of signing anyone right now? I really think we are nearing the end of that company, or at least the Carter end.

He'd probably be smart to let things work themselves out and sign afterwards. However, that's only if the new owner has my vision of actually bringing in all of the best unsigned talent available.

The only Hogan I want to see is the coked up real american......and Mene Gene must be present with him. He cornballed the shit out of the NWO so I really never need to see that again.

I'll be fine with coked up real american as well. I don't care if I get heat. Hogan should be back for a WM30 run. He doesn't have to be a worker. Even as a GM type personality, it could be a thing.

Be careful what you ask for champ. I saw enough of Hogan and Mean Gene on coke in the 80's. Even though they have no soul, hookers are people too. No need to kill them for fun. This is 2013.

Isn't that why they let Hogan's daughter hang around? I don't think Gene ever banged Brooke. If he did, he would have used the news to jump start a new 900 number.

If Hogan and the original nWo came back, fans would shit on it and it'd be gone in 4 months.

If Hogan and the original nWo came back, fans would shit on it and it'd be gone in 4 months. This is all an elaborate ruse by Hunter to make Hogan, Nash, and Hall part of a Golden Girls like spin off of Total Divas. Hell, I'll take the Estelle Getty/Jim Neidhart role. You're never too old for a payday.

For the record, i am still nostalgic about Hogan, but I know better. Any run form this point on would suck. He's too old. He had a hell of a run with WWE back in circa 2002. Was really a nice run and surprised all of us. If he had gone out that way, it would have been great. This Hogan of the last 10 years sucks.
