Young Bucks no longer on Night 1 due to the injury.

Yeah that really sucks. Super Dragon needs to (and I assume will) come up with a replacement. I think Kenny is still booked for the show.
Guess this means the Bucks are no longer on BOLA at all. Bummer.

Oh and Ronda was there last night. Also apparently Meltzer was front row & got hit partially by a moonsault, so there's something that'll make this board happy.......you jerks!

Noooooooooo!!!!!!! Jeff Cobb defeats Matthew Riddle to advance! There goes my streak of picking the right BOLA winners (streak that ends at.....2, haha)
Finals are Jeff Cobb vs Ricochet vs Keith Lee.
Trevor Lee, Brian Cage, Sami Callihan, WALTER and Jonah Rock vs Flamita, Flash Morgan Webster, Mark Haskins, Joey Janela and.......CHUCK TAYLOR is up next

Lee eliminated Cobb, then Ricochet rolled up Lee right after to win it.
Very weird, as they usually use BOLA as a launching pad for someone, but Ricochet has now won it again. He last won it in 2014.

Rick O'Shea did it.

And apparently he's cutting a heel promo on Chuck Taylor, calling him out, which sort of makes me happy. At least they turn Ricochet.
Plus he & Chucky T go way back as Chuck helped train Ricochet.
Ricochet said winning the PWG World Title is his check mark before going to bigger & better things.
Honestly, Ricochet needs to go to WWE after this whole Lucha Underground contract debacle is up. It's time.

I'm gonna lower the Meltzer Meter 20% due to him getting hit by a moonsault.

PWG is this weekend and all the big stars have come out to see it.
Including Ron Jeremy. Who is obviously tuckered out from all the fuckin he's done in his life.
Word is he's sitting by Dave, I'm not making that up either!

Ricochet beat Chuck Taylor to win the PWG Title tonight. Post match he said he was here to stay, talked shit about Super Dragon & told Chuck to get the hell out of his ring.
He's free from the dumb Lucha Underground contract in exactly 3 months I think. Making him free to sign with WWE. I know he'd continue to be amazing around the world, but damn, he should go & make as much money as he can, while he can. Not sure if he'll actually sign or not, but wherever he ends up, he'll continue to crush it.

Also Meltzer gave Dijak vs Keith Lee on Night Three 5 stars. I can safely say, he was right. Holy fuck, one of the best big man matches I've ever seen.
Sure PWG puts on these kinds of matches all the time, but people the size of Lee & Dijak shouldn't do the moves they do.

I've plugged this for the past few years, as this is a great way to get familiar with PWG for a incredibly cheap price. PWG Holiday Sale is officially up. 5 for $40 on DVDs and 4 for $55 on Blu Rays.
I usually buy 2 orders, one now & then at Christmas when they add the BOLA 2017 tournament.
I bought, Untitled II, From Out of Nowhere, Don't Sweat The Technique, All Star Weekend 11 - Night Two and THIRTEEN.

And if you don't need to be caught up entirely but want to see what PWG is about, the highspots network has pretty much everything up to 2016, as well as a bunch of the guys shoot/work shows like the the Kevin Steen show and Bar Wrestling, Progress, all sorts of stuff, it's pretty great.

Also, as I've mentioned many times before, Keith Lee is a fucking monster. Jonah Rock hit the ropes like a mannequin.

Mystery Vortex 5 just started tonight. I fully assume Ricochet drops the title since he's WWE bound, just don't know who he is wrestling yet.
Fred Yehi vs David Starr is the opener. I'll post updates as it goes on.
This show always interests me because they keep it a secret who is on the card.
