The Sprint Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, scheduled for a 7:21 p.m. green flag, will be delayed by rain. If the rain stops at a reasonable time, officials will try to dry the track, a process expected to take at least 90 minutes. If the race is postponed, it would be run Sunday afternoon.
